On a quarterly plan. Service is 5 star as usual!
Everyone one dealt with at Campbell has been great. Very friendly, and very thorough in their inspections and remediations.
Very nice people
The man that came was kind and thoughtful. We have feral kittens here and he considered their safety while we were coming up with a plan. I am very glad I chose this company to deal with the rat problem.
Campbell Natural Pest Control provided excellent service and we are very happy with the results: no more rats in our attic or crawlspace! We especially appreciate that Campbell does not use rat poison, as the poison can have adverse effects on local wildlife - birds especially. Tyler was our technician and couldn't…
Great service! Fast response, thorough treatment and friendly technician. Can't ask for more from a pest control company. Thanks for your help!
Really like this company, and their ethic to avoid poisons. Tyler, my technician, was cheerful, knowledgeable, and did a great job on the inspection, finding areas where rodents were accessing the attic. With snap traps and rodent birth-control placed in the yard, I feel well on my way to getting this problem under control.
Harrison was both on time and thorough. We’re looking forward to working with you.
Polite, friendly, knows their stuff. This is a three visit plan; inspection; set traps; removal/inspection.
Harrison and team have been very helpful and very knowledgeable about our current pest issue. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Very responsive and reliable. They handled a difficult situation at my house and the problem is solved! every satisgoed.
Great experience- thorough discussion & explanation of the situation here. So glad we called Campbell’s!
Greeted the employee at the door. Very professional and friendly. My dogs can be quite vocal and this person took it in stride. Did a thorough inspection of crawl space and exterior of home and interior of garage. Came up with a plan and will proceed with treatment. Very pleased and highly recommend this service.
We worked with Campbell to help us with a rodent that had found an entry way into our crawlspace. These guys were great to work with, in particular the technician Darryl who came to the house. He was able to immediately assess where the access point was, isolated the rodent, and then sealed off the access point…
Prompt and efficient. Good customer service
Responsive, professional, thorough, eco-friendly
Darryl was professional and explained every step of the process. We felt well taken care of. I woyld highly recommend this company!
Communication has been quick and efficient, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable staff
Professional, prompt, promising!
Harrison did a great job communicating his arrival as well as not letting our vocal pesky old man cat Mo get out or into the crawlspace! He show me pics of the entry points at the crawlspace, placed traps, and discussed follow up visits to seal entry points and check traps. He recommended we trim our backyard tree…
Showed right on time. Super pleasant and thorough. Feel good about plan and will finally be rodent free again.
Harrison was very thorough in explaining things. Great company to work with and reasonably priced!
Campbell Pest Control always goes above and beyond. Wouldn't choose another company. They are great!
Timely response. Friendly and easy to work with so far. Off to a great start!
The service techs are really great. They take the time to listen to my concerns and formulate a plan based on that. Every one of them has been polite, friendly, and responsive. I'm really pleased with Cambell Natural Pest Control. Something that I tell door to door solicitors all the time
I can't recommend this company highly enough! Great approach to resolving rodent problems. My neighbors and I worked with Tyler and he couldn't have been any more thorough and professional. If you have pest and/or rodent problems call these guys, you won't regret it. We signed up for their quarterly plan. 👍🏼
Tyler was very personable and extremely thorough and communicated well our problems complete with pictures. The whole experience was great and I am glad to have found a new pest control company.
We had rats getting into our walls through the roof. Unnerving to have them scurrying around in the walls of our bedroom at night. The tech who came out first was not able to locate where rats were getting in, but the owner Austin came later and found a point of entry and sealed it. Turned out there was a…
Campbell Pest Control has been a wonderful service, way better than anyone else we’ve worked with before. They actually see to it that your situation is taken care of. They give you xtra visits to fix a problem if you need it for some reason. Their people are professional, helpful and very friendly. I recommend them without hesitation!
Great job. Moles were tearing up our yard. A neighbor had tried Orkin to no avail. Campbell set safe traps and caught the two moles who had done so much damage. Very nice people and a pleasure to work with them.
Daryl was super helpful and knowledgeable. All in all working with Campbell Pest control has been a great experience.
Harrison did a very thorough inspection inside & out and came up with a 3 part plan that I was happy with. So far I’m very impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable service. Stay tuned!! 🤞
Representative was friendly, seemed experienced, and did a thorough job inspecting the house and property.
I am very glad I found this company. I have tried several different pest control companies over the years and lately there has been an uptick of door-to-door national franchisees coming to my neighborhood who promise personalized service but then just send random newbies every time to do a very minimum spray around…
We've been hearing critters running across the ceiling and had Tyler from Campbell Pest came out to assess. Tyler was very thorough and found the entry points -- he is returning next week to close all openings. He really cared about finding the problems and he was so competent and pleasant, that we will only use Campbell in the future!
After 3 visits, I can happily say that Campbell Natural Pest Control is fantastic! Darryl visited our home all 3 times for our pest problem, and he was incredibly thorough, explained the process well and an all around nice guy. Thank you again!
The pest control rep who came out to provide an estimate was on time a super courteous - would highly recommend. He got up on my notand stent photos of what he found-a squirrel family!
Technician, Peyton, showed up on time, was very professional and clearly explained my options. I was very satisfied with the visit.
Isaac was professional, timely, and courteous, and promptly addressed our needs. He identified the sources and helped us find a solution. Cost was affordable too. Would recommend again.
Payton was very knowledgeable and profitable. He answered all my questions. Campbell Natural Pest Control was the only company that would look at my site before giving me a quote.
They found a couple of holes where the local rats are renting. It’s only the first visit, but I have confidence the rat problem will be remediated! Service person was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great, professional and knowledgeable!
Harrison was so professional and kind and thorough in his assessment of a pest problem we have on our roof. Thank you, Campbell Natural Pest Control! I’d highly recommend Campbell!
Excellent, informative, and responsive service for the property of a 40 unit Condo complex. Natural rodent control including birth prevention for female rats, which makes a huge difference.
Customer communication via phone and in person is excellent. Technicians always provide clear feedback and plan of action.
Daryl just came out and inspected our crawl space and attic when our home inspector saw rat droppings. He advised us to wait and see for the time being as the droppings were all old. I love that he didn't try to sell us on something we didn't need. I also love that they use snap traps and birth control rather than…
I highly recommend Campbell pest control. I've used their team twice and had a great experience both times and fairly priced.
Today, 3/4/26, a wonderful young man, Isaac, arrived from Campbell Natural Pest Control to help us with a problem in our daughter's home. We were referred to Campbell by the thoughtful folks at Pest Patrol who couldn't address our concerns as soon as they (and we) would have wished. Their referral was not only…
Called for ant removal which they addressed. During house inspection they found vent screens that had been disrupted by intruding vermin and animal droppings under the house. They set traps and bait for the animals/ants and will return approximately 3 more times to check the traps, remove the vermin and replace…
Moles tunneling all over yard. Campbell came out twice to set traps and responded quickly when trap was triggered. Great service
This company is great -- tell you exactly what they will do and the cost -- and, importantly their focus is on sealing up entry points so there is not a recurring problem. Payton is a knowledgeable and downright pleasant tech -- I'm impressed.
Cy was great! he told me what he was going to do and explained how it all worked.
This was our first service with Campbell. They were communicative arrived on time, and were professional to deal with.
Reminded me a couple of days prior of upcoming appointment. Showed up a little early provided the service. Isaac was the tech that did the service. explained what he was going to do. will do a couple of follow ups and se how successful it'll be. Price was reasonable. Hoping it'll be successful.
We called Campbell after another company did substandard work for us. What a difference - Austin was thorough and knowledgeable and clear in his communication and talked through best options with me. Their pricing is very fair for the quality of work. So glad to be working with them.
He was so efficient and polite. Very professional. Gave us every step in our extermination program to get rid of our rodent issue. We're set up on a program so we'll see how it goes, but like that it's environmentally friendly and he quickly found where the critters were getting in.
Great communication from Campbell Natural Pest Control throughout the first part of this process; from scheduling to the very thorough diagnosis and explanation of the problem (rats in the attic), the solution, and the timeline. Their inspector Isaac encouraged me to ask questions and provided easy to understand…
Very friendly and helpful. Dedicated to ensuring that my issues were addressed and resolved. I wish I would have called them sooner rather than trying to take care of the issues myself. They are a shining example of why professional pest control is necessary.
Campbell's completed a rodent inspection at my home and I appreciate their thorough check around the outside of my home to ensure there were no vulnerable entry points for mice. I especially appreciate Peyton taking the time to answer my questions about how to look for mice activity and steps I can take to…
Fantastic customer service!
Communication was great and the tech that came out was very knowledgeable and efficient.
Prompt, friendly, competent!
Lovely experience with this company! Peyton was kind, professional, and took the time to help me understand our options. So pleased to find a company that offers less toxic rodent management options. Pricing was transparent and fair. We opted for the mouse contraceptive. Highly recommend for both customer service and ethical management practices!
Came on time, did thorough inspection and set traps.
They were super helpful and we are excited for them to help us solve our rodent problem!
Easy to set up appointment and good customer service
Wonderful service: prompt, courteous, thorough, and affordable.
Very polite, thorough and professional
Great service!!
Campbell Natural Pest Control has been successful over time in getting rid of rats in my home and yard. Isaac and Jensen have been courteous and addressed all my concerns.
Isaac was very helpful in explaining the options for rat control and extermination. We are so happy to have found a company to help with the rats in our exterior rock walls. Thank you!!!
Pete found the problem at or American Legion hall in a short time, recommended a solution (shared advise "how to" fill in an entry from outside) and presented 2 quarterly plans to keep the varmints out. Professional and courteous, thanks Pete.
Jenson was prompt, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He didn't rush through and explained everything well. Thank you!!
It is a pleasure to deal with this company, The service is efficient and the service people are knowledgeable and informative.
Been using these folks for years. Honest company with no BS.
I was very impressed with the thoroughness and professional demeanor of the person who worked with me on identifying access places for rodents. I believe he said his name was Cy. I’m glad we chose Campbell Pest Control
Campbell Natural Pest company has proven to me over the last three years to be reliable, professional and instructive. I appreciate that their family owned business is accessible and responsive to our requests and needs. I highly recommend Austin and Holly's pest control business which has been expanding due to its successful practices.
Get right on the job with knowledge and friendliness
Professional service. I liked that they did not require a contract and were open & flexible to find a solution that works for us.
Easy to communicate with!
So far so good. They identified several spots where the mice are getting in and will apply some fixes to said mice ingress.
Isaac was great at helping us figure out what was making noise in our attic, setting traps, chasing them out, and closing up holes. Very thoughtful and thorough.
Your service is a blessing to the village. Controlling pests in a humane way is the best way to meet our needs.
Good service, prompt response.
So thorough and easy to work with. I've been through a few other services and this team was easily the most qualified and capable.
Campbell's dealt with our recent rat problem. They do good and thorough work and are very reasonably priced. They show up when they say they will (I've learned what a rarity that can be) and respond to emails in a timely and helpful manner. We will absolutely use them for any future pest problems.
I called Campbell because I had mice in my crawl space and heating vents as well as my furnace. Isaac came out, surveyed the property and mouse-droppings, and left traps bailed with peanut butter. He came out a week or so later to seal the outside openings to the crawl space and to remove and replace the traps. The…
This company is the best! Responsive, professional, friendly, patient and thorough.
What great service! I have been hearing scratching noises in the attic that made me concerned about rodents. I was in a neighborhood just down the street and found Austin with Campbell Natural Pest Control. I asked if he could take a quick look and just give me some direction. He happened to have about 20 before…
Professional, friendly, thorough!
The Campbell team dealt with my pest problem in a highly professional yet personal way. I made the decision to cancel my 15+ year big name pest control and give them my business. Looking forward to have them as my go to company for all my future home owner needs.
Austin and his employee arrived on time, which is a priority for me. They inspected where we had ants and treated the area and the entire outside of the house. While inspecting the basement, they found a dead rat that we had been smelling. The service was thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend Campbell…
We've had 4 visits with Simon at Campbell Natural Pest Control, and we've had an excellent experience. I initially emailed with my inquiry and I always heard back within hours. The appointment was easy to schedule, communications were clear, and everything met expectations. They charged $2000 less than what we were…
We had a Racoon that had died in our attic. We called at 7 am on Monday and Austin came the same day at 2 pm. It was a very hot day, but he did a great job. He was very professional. Once he was hear, he did not try to “over sell” or “upsell”. Personally, I try to deal with local companies, not a big national…
Great experience working with them! Professional, on time, knowledgeable, and effective. They were very communicative and willing to answer questions. And best of all, our rat issue is now solved! Thank you Campbell Natural Pest Control!
Great experience on all counts. We were lucky to only have one rat. Now there is no way for our furry little rodent neighbors to get in thanks to the Campbell's team. We truly appreciate the whole team including Holly who takes calls and magically knows everything! Would that there was time for a more thorough…
Excellent customer service! They give you a flat price which is refreshing.
Great experience. I highly recommend Austin and Campbell Natural!
Showed up on time and did a thorough job in assessing my property and provided a detailed action plan on how they would treat the problems. Services are priced very reasonably, and follow up visits were also punctual and services performed in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.
After using other pest services that failed me over and over I found Campbell Natural Pest Control, Austin is terrific and I cant sing their praises more. Highly recommend them.
