We had them clean a very large rug from our screened porch. Years of smoking and pets and pollen left it very stained. I was considering buying a new rug. Carpet Pros picked it up and cleaned it in their shop. They did the "rug bathing" treatment, several times, over the weekend and returned it this morning. They…
I am so pleased with my rug and sofa cleaning. Friendly staff and detailed work. They spent time to make sure the results were perfect and they kept everything nice and tidy when they left. I will absolutely use them again.
Carpet Pro Cleaners are the best carpet cleaners I have ever used. Their attention to detail and quality products keep us coming back over and over again. Our technician, Zach, is always prompt, friendly and informative. I've learned so much about our carpets and rugs from him. In addition, the consistency with the…
This was the second time having Carpet Pro Cleaners clean our living room furniture and rug, and again we're extremely pleased with the results and their customer service. Zach and Sterling did a great job, and were very professional and friendly.
I count on them every year to do great work, tackle pet stains, clean many area rugs, carpeted stairs, clean my 22 year old sectional (looks new now!) Very competent, kind folks, they are always welcome in my home. Highly recommend!
Aiden and his partner (so sorry, I forgot his name) were professional, prompt, and quick! They arrived right on time, we did a short walkthrough and they got to work. I was so impressed with how my carpets came out. I couldn't believe how efficient they were with the whole job. My house smells amazing and couch has…
I have used many carpet cleaners over the years and Carpet Pro is by far the best. They were very thorough and the carpets came out the cleanest over any other service I've used. Jon and Arden were polite, respectful and clearly have a customer-first mindset when it comes to service and outcome. In addition to…
Aidan and River cleaned my white area rug and the carpet in my two bedrooms. As usual, they did a fantastic job! They are courteous, professional and fast. Everything looks brand new. I highly recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners. This is my second time using them and both times they've done an amazing job. I've used…

We have been using Carpet Pro Cleaners for three years now and they always do a great job. Would recommend without hesitation.
These folks are awesome! They got out spots other people couldn't. My techs, Wyatt and River, were both articulate, detail oriented, and did every last thing to leave the carpet perfect. Great job!

Great service and provided options but not pushy. Great experience from the time I called until they were done. Will definitely use them again!
The technicians from Carpet Pro were professional, friendly and meticulous when cleaning the couch and carpets. They provided information about their products and the process they used to clean. The team arrived on time and kept me informed prior to arrival. Highly recommend Aiden and River. Sara was terrific to work with when scheduling the appointment.
Carpet Pro Cleaners was great from my initial inquiry all the way through job completion. Savannah and Zach were professional and helpful. I had the sense they were cleaning our carpet the way they would clean their own, with the same care and attention to detail. They went above and beyond on some stains and my…
The team from Carpet Pro was prompt, fast, and professional. They took exquisite care to protect our furniture while navigating our spiral staircase to clean the upstairs Berber carpet. My husband and I were planning on replacing the berber next year, but it looks and smells as though we might be able to wait…
The absolute best carpet cleaning company ever!
The technicians were on time and promptly got our large home done. All of the carpets look brand new and were completely dry by the next morning.

Rocked it out of the park again!! The customer service is honestly beyond compare! Carpets look new, and the gentlemen were super professional and had me laughing at the same time! Very caring and thorough and knowledgeable!
This is my updated review for this company as of December 13, 2021. Great local business. More reasonably priced than the big outfits, with outstanding service, easy scheduling and great work. I have used them four times and will do so again in the future. Had area rugs, sectional and ottoman, carpet cleaned. All…

We've worked with Carpet Pro Cleaners for over 10 years now and highly recommend them! The people who come clean are always on time, friendly, respectful, and efficient. They go above and beyond to clean difficult stains and always point out anything I may not have been aware of. They are very upfront and clear…
I couldn’t recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners enough. They called to give me an ETA and showed up on time, exactly when they said they would be there. Two staff members came and they couldn’t have been more polite. I was having two bedrooms cleaned, plus an area rug. One bedroom had a known pet urine accident. He pulled…
Wonderful work. Zach and Wyatt were extremely professional, kind and friendly. We strongly recommend them.
John & Aiden were very polite and professional. We just bought anew home in Durham and noticed a moldy area on the carpet in a spare room and they did an awesome job of cleaning that area, deodorizing the room and cleaning an area rug. Would highly recommend! Here is a before and after picture of the problem area
The Bests!
I would definitely recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners. The staff was very professional and helpful. From a scheduling prospective, they were very communicative upfront in the process and also very understanding when I called the morning of my originally scheduled service to reschedule due to a family emergency. From a…
Right on time, professional and cleaned 2 big spots on a 9×12 wool rug I thought would not come out. Then cleaned 13 dining room chairs that were 15 yrs old and you would think they are new! Will definitely use again.
I’m very pleased with how our carpeting turned out. Also, these young men are very personable and eager to please their customers. We will definitely use their service again.

This was my 2nd time using Carpet Pro Cleaners and again extremely happy with the results. Zach and Allen were on time, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They even cleaned my foyer rug when leaving (as a courtesy) since they walked on it to enter the house. Highly recommend!
Great job by two very knowledgeable and professional technicians, Auden and Zack. Couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely call them next time, too!
Thank you Adam & Kyle for being professional, kind fast!
Aiden and Bret were very professional and called to let me know they were running a few minutes late. They did a great job and I’m looking forward to living with my clean rug and furniture after being at home non-stop for 6 months.
These guys are excellent! We primarily hired them to do a difficult carpet re-stretch, which they completed perfectly. They also thoroughly cleaned an area rug and 5 rooms and a set of stairs. They wore masks whole time and put corner protectors everywhere the hoses were run. Super professional team! I highly…
