This was the second time having Carpet Pro Cleaners clean our living room furniture and rug, and again we're extremely pleased with the results and their customer service. Zach and Sterling did a great job, and were very professional and friendly.
I count on them every year to do great work, tackle pet stains, clean many area rugs, carpeted stairs, clean my 22 year old sectional (looks new now!) Very competent, kind folks, they are always welcome in my home. Highly recommend!
Aiden and his partner (so sorry, I forgot his name) were professional, prompt, and quick! They arrived right on time, we did a short walkthrough and they got to work. The team, Aiden and River, were wonderful! They were detail oriented, efficient and professional. Such a great company for carpet cleaning!
The team that came to our home were gracious, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, and took time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Not only were we pleased with the results, we learned a lot. Sadly, the store-bought products that we’ve used over the years have done more harm than good on our carpets and…
These folks are awesome! They got out spots other people couldn't. My techs, Wyatt and River, were both articulate, detail oriented, and did every last thing to leave the carpet perfect. Great job!

Price was incredible, people that provided the service were very professional and all about how to take care of my furniture. Great experience all around, thanks!
They were very promptly here right at 8 AM and were kind and upbeat. Worked very promptly and did a great job on my dog hair ridden couch cleaning the upholstery! Very genuine crew we would be happy to have back again. Will recommend their services to whomever may need them.
They did a great job. The tecs were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and will use again
Fabulous team, fabulous job. I've used them previously to clean carpets, so already knew how good they are. This time: 2 loveseats, 2 big armchairs and 4 absolutely awful dining chairs (plus stain guarding for the latter). Everything looks great! With every penny.
The technicians from Carpet Pro were professional, friendly and meticulous when cleaning the couch and carpets. They provided information about their products and the process they used to clean. The team arrived on time and kept me informed prior to arrival. Highly recommend Aiden and River. Sara was terrific to work with when scheduling the appointment.
I just want to say from beginning, in the middle to the end, this company has been extremely polite, thorough, professional, while being friendly from beginning to end. You got the feeling as if they were not just going through the motions with their heads down to get the job done. They answered any questions I had…

This is my updated review for this company as of December 13, 2021. Great local business. More reasonably priced than the big outfits, with outstanding service, easy scheduling and great work. I would definitely recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners. The staff was very professional and helpful. From a scheduling prospective, they were very communicative upfront in the process and also very understanding when I called the morning of my originally scheduled service to reschedule due to a family emergency. From a…
Right on time, professional and cleaned 2 big spots on a 9×12 wool rug I thought would not come out. Then cleaned 13 dining room chairs that were 15 yrs old and you would think they are new! Will definitely use again.
Professional, and friendly staff. Very thorough and proficient with the cleaning.
Friendly, helpful staff and great service! Will absolutely use again.
Jordan provided details and pricing and was great with helping me decide what services to use. The team, Kyle and River, communicated proactively, arrived on time and finished in record time. They did a thorough job of cleaning our furniture. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again.
I’m very pleased with how our carpeting turned out. Also, these young men are very personable and eager to please their customers. We will definitely use their service again.
Zach and Mason were awesome - arrived promptly at 8am and got started right away. I had two area rugs I was uncertain about so Zach looked at the tags and confirmed they could not be cleaned using their system, as it might ruin the rugs. Really appreciate his honesty. They cleaned my sectional and kitchen table…
Very thorough job cleaning, friendly and professional.
Great job by two very knowledgeable and professional technicians, Auden and Zack. Couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely call them next time, too!
Aiden and Bret were very professional and called to let me know they were running a few minutes late. They did a great job and I’m looking forward to living with my clean rug and furniture after being at home non-stop for 6 months.
