I am so impressed with this group of professionals. They did an incredible job cleaning our office carpets. We have adults and children coming to our office, often, eating snacks, drinking sodas, and we had coffee, stains and food stains in the carpet and these folks cleaned all of it up. It’s as if it’s brand new. We are forever customers 💜
I had the carpets cleaned after renting a house for years, Aiden and Leo did an amazing job! Aiden was so kind and gave me advice on how best to treat our floors, and both he and Leo even turned their machines off stood guard on the doors and stairs just so I could get my cat out from where he was hiding. It may…
Aiden and Leo arrived on time and were very courteous, professional, and efficient. Aiden confirmed and explained each part of the service they were to perform. The carpet looks and feels much cleaner and the circles that remain from the machine are very satisfying :) IMO the machine seemed to "clean" better than…
Aiden was so professional and friendly. Came on time. Price is fair, and great results! Would recommend!
All I can say is wow! Zack and his colleague Nick were wonderful. Knew their business, personable, efficient and wildly through. Zack told us things that impacted our carpets and actually suggested that we not clean one of them due to the fabric and the potential undesirable outcome. I highly recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners!
I had my entire upstairs and nursery cleaned. They are a great team. They communicate ahead of time on when they are going to arrive and they arrived on-time. They were efficient and cleaned up several stains that I had no hope being cleaned. The carpet looks visibly clean. Very polite and respectful. I highly recommend them.

Aiden and Savannah were very friendly, thorough in their answers to our questions, and extremely careful as they navigated our home. Upstairs, they cleaned the carpet of four bedrooms and a hallway. My son had the stomach bug and got sick all over his bedroom carpet and spaghetti was for dinner 😳 called 3 carpet cleaning companies to see who could come out the same day and CPC came through and fit us in! Wyatt and River were amazing to work with. They completed a thorough carpet cleaning. They quoted me lower than what I quoted myself online. Explained exactly what they was going to do and what recommendations they thought I should get. My carpet smells so much better, the person before me had pets, and it looks so…
Excellent services
These guys were great! Prompt, friendly, did thorough work, and explained what to expect and how to care for the carpet moving forward. They obviously take pride in their work and have a lot of knowledge on the topic. Will definitely call them again for upkeep!
Zach and River did a great job. This is the second time we have used Carpet Pro Cleaners and they did a great job both times.
This was our second time using CPC for carpet cleaning. Wyatt and Zach were very informative and patient. Sara was also great to work with for setting up the appointment. Everyone provided top notch services.

I cannot say enough about this company. We had an emergency with some seriously tough stains on a white carpet and they showed up within two hours! And all of the stains are completely gone. They were so understanding and professional and accommodating and made a very stressful day so much better. We will definitely be using them again.
I would definitely recommend Carpet Pro! Good value, super responsive, and when we need to change our time window same day they did so quickly. There was a miscommunication on carpet size but they communicated clearly to reset expectations and double check before proceeding, professional and efficient!
This service is excellent. Zach & Daniel arrived on time and did a thorough & excellent job. I had some pet stains & coffee stains, and it's not uncommon for some of them to reappear as the carpet dries (it's called wicking, look it up, and it has nothing to do with the service). When I got in touch with Sara at the…
Extremely well done, carpet looks brand new. The best carpet cleaners I've ever hired.
Very professional and did a great job, would recommend.

They are simply the best! I’ve had my carpets, couch and area rugs done and they all came out brand new! Prices are so reasonable for the amount of work they put in! Such a good experience, definitely recommend!
From the website to the completed job, everything was easy! I was able to book my appointment AND know how much it would cost online (didn't require a person to come to my house for a quote) and they came a few days after, right on schedule. I worked with Aiden and River, and they were kind, calming, and did an…
Zac and Wyatt were extremely personable, on-time, very professional and did an amazing job on our carpets. We will…
It was an absolute pleasure to have Zach and River at our home today. They arrived when expected, allowed me to show the areas of concern and they wasted no time getting to work. I was ready to trash the carpet - hated the stains on it. These guys came in and in 90 minutes transformed it. The baseboard stain treatment was amazing. Carpets look great. The stairs look great. Cannot wait to do the rest of the rooms in the house. Really excellent service.
Having 3 dogs, and teenagers in the house with my sons all the time, you can imaging that the carpet needed some TLC. I replaced the carpet a little over a year ago with a great grey color. Well with all the traffic it was looking a lot less grey and a lot more brown (mud/dog hair... lol). I called up and…
Aiden & Allen came out this afternoon and did a wonderful job cleaning up some 2nd hand purchases from Facebook as well as the carpet in our master bedroom. Kyle and Mason came to clean our carpets. They were professional, kind, and fast! They did a fantastic job walking me through the project before and after they completed the work. From booking online, scheduling, and through paying the invoice before they left - it was a breeze. Thanks Kyle and Mason!
Kyle and Mason came out to our home today and did a great job on the carpets. We were due for our yearly cleaning and since we recently fostered a beautiful dog we also had a few "accident spots" and they took care of them like they never even existed and also left a complimentary bottle of their GreenSafe Stain…
The guys were friendly, efficient and actually saved me money by adjusting my estimate. We are very pleased with the condition of our carpets after cleaning.

Aiden and Allen were terrific! So helpful and conscientious! Our carpets had some scary stains and they now look so good. Love that the products are natural.
We have needed to have Carpet Pro visit us 3 times in the last 4 months. Each time they show up same day, always earlier than promised; calling before to make sure it's ok. Kyle has been each of the three times and has been courteous, professional and done a terrific job. I can't recommend them more highly.
CPC is a reputable and dependable company. I have use their services multiple times. I am very impressed with their work ethic and courteousness.…
The professionalism and quality of the work truly shows here. The staff were kind and did the work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service.
Zach and his team were absolutely amazing. I've been in my house for 16 years and have tried several cleaners, but these guys are the best. I've used them for a few years and can attest that the clean isn't a surface clean that looks good for only a few days...it's REALLY clean. I don't know how they do it, but…
I put off getting the carpets in my house cleaned for a while because I thought it would be a hassle but Carpet Pro Cleaners made it so quick easy! We used Carpet Pro Cleaners last year after searching for carpet cleaners who used environmentally friendly products. They did a great job cleaning all our carpet - including getting out various throw up stains in our nursery. Twin babies + severe reflux = nasty carpet. Our entire second level looked like it had new…
Adam and Jimmy arrived on time, wore masks, were professional and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. Would use them again!

I’m always pleased with the work done by Carpet Pro Cleaners. Gary and Jimmy are professional and knowledgeable. With over eight pets in my house and thirty year old carpeting, Gary and Jimmy make my house look and smell like new. No one would know how old this carpeting is because of the care given to it by this great team.
Adam and Aiden were great! Really friendly and helpful with explaining each step of the cleaning and stretching process. They cleaned and stretched the carpets in two rooms, a hallway and a staircase and it only took about two hours. They had me check out the stretching before cleaning and give me a chance to point…

They did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets of my new home! They were upfront and honest and didn't promise anything they couldn't do. They tackled stains that I worried might be permanent and made the carpets look new! Would highly recommend giving them a try before replacing a stained carpet.
