This is the third time we’ve used Carpet Pro and they consistently deliver excellent service. I’ve wondered if they’re secretly magicians because they’ve been able to remove stains we thought would never come out. Extremely pleasant technicians do the work efficiently and make our furniture look like new again. We’re grateful for this level of service!

Absolutely outstanding service from Carpet Pro Cleaners. We have just moved into a house with extremely dirty and stained carpets, not to mention a shower with grouting which looked scary. River and Savannah were knowledgeable and very courteous. They worked hard to remove pet stains from a rug. I would definitely call them again.
Savannah and Aiden are hands down the best team! They are professional, and super thorough. The experience from initial contact to job done has been fantastic! Absolutely call them!
The guys were great. The company was very responsive ahead of time and the day of correspondence was awesome as well. Quick, informative chat when they showed up and they got right to work and delivered on each ask for cleaning up an older couch and a dining set. Everything smells fresh and looks good. Will use again!
I cannot say enough about this company. We had an emergency with some seriously tough stains on a white carpet and they showed up within two hours! And all of the stains are completely gone. They were so understanding and professional and accommodating and made a very stressful day so much better. We will definitely be using them again.
This service is excellent. Zach & Daniel arrived on time and did a thorough & excellent job. I had some pet stains & coffee stains, and it's not uncommon for some of them to reappear as the carpet dries (it's called wicking, look it up, and it has nothing to do with the service). When I got in touch with Sara at the…
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Zach and Dan were wonderful! My dog had an accident on my wool rug and I tried home remedies that stained my rug (pro tip: don’t try to remedy it yourself; just soak it up and call Carpet Pro). I gave Carpet Pro a call and they weren’t sure if the equipment would make it…
Very professional and did a great job, would recommend.

They are simply the best! I’ve had my carpets, couch and area rugs done and they all came out brand new! Prices are so reasonable for the amount of work they put in! Such a good experience, definitely recommend!
From the website to the completed job, everything was easy! I was able to book my appointment AND know how much it would cost online (didn't require a person to come to my house for a quote) and they came a few days after, right on schedule. I worked with Aiden and River, and they were kind, calming, and did an…
Carpet Pro Cleaners are wonderful! They have done a fantastic job with our carpets! We live with pets, and over time the carpets have gotten a little dingy and our cat tore a small section of the carpet. Zac and Wyatt were extremely personable, on-time, very professional and did an amazing job on our carpets. We will…
Zach Sharp and Quintin Lalau did a greet Job cleaning the carpet in our loft and the staircase leading to it. We will use Carpet Pro Cleaners for any future needs.
I was ready to trash the carpet - hated the stains on it. These guys came in and in 90 minutes transformed it. The baseboard stain treatment was amazing. Carpets look great. The stairs look great. Cannot wait to do the rest of the rooms in the house. Really excellent service.
Having 3 dogs, and teenagers in the house with my sons all the time, you can imaging that the carpet needed some TLC. I replaced the carpet a little over a year ago with a great grey color. Well with all the traffic it was looking a lot less grey and a lot more brown (mud/dog hair... lol). I called up and…
Aiden & Allen came out this afternoon and did a wonderful job cleaning up some 2nd hand purchases from Facebook as well as the carpet in our master bedroom. They communicated issues/concerns well and kept me updated on the progress. They even texted me to let me know when they were on the way over! I absolutely…
Kyle and Mason came to clean our carpets. They were professional, kind, and fast! They did a fantastic job walking me through the project before and after they completed the work. From booking online, scheduling, and through paying the invoice before they left - it was a breeze. Thanks Kyle and Mason!
Kyle and Mason came out to our home today and did a great job on the carpets. We were due for our yearly cleaning and since we recently fostered a beautiful dog we also had a few "accident spots" and they took care of them like they never even existed and also left a complimentary bottle of their GreenSafe Stain…
Carpet Pro Cleaners did an awesome job. They communicated promptly and arrived on time and went right to work. They were very polite and professional. They did a better job than the bigger carpet cleaner names in the area. Will definitely use them again the future.
Aiden and Allen were terrific! So helpful and conscientious! Our carpets had some scary stains and they now look so good. Love that the products are natural.

Zach and his team were absolutely amazing. I've been in my house for 16 years and have tried several cleaners, but these guys are the best. I've used them for a few years and can attest that the clean isn't a surface clean that looks good for only a few days...it's REALLY clean. I don't know how they do it, but…
