If six stars was an option I’d give them that!! John and Zach both very professional and highly skilled!!
Carpet Pro Cleaners came out to clean a fabric chair. Although they did warn me that some stains are difficult to remove from some fabrics, the cleaning exceeded my expectations. From my first call to their service call, they were wonderful to work with, and I would definitely use them for other cleaning services.
Aiden and Savannah were very friendly, thorough in their answers to our questions, and extremely careful as they navigated our home. Upstairs, they cleaned the carpet of four bedrooms and a hallway. Downstairs, the upholstry of a sofa and loveseat. They were very respectful when moving our personal belongings and…
Zack and River cleaned our carpets and some upholstered items yesterday, and did a great job. They were polite, punctual, and explained the process clearly. I wouldn't use any other company!
I called in the morning to have a sofa and area rug cleaned. I was given a window for mid-afternoon. Zack and Wyatt arrived well within the window with a half hour warning as promised. On arrival, they looked at our two items, laid out what would be done, and delivered on what was promised. They were friendly, fun,…
Excellent customer service! The room our dog predominately lived in had carpet stains that I thought could never be removed. Not to mention the dog hair and dander on the couch. Carpet Pro Cleaners surpassed my expectations. Not only did they thoroughly clean the carpet and upholstery leaving the room smelling fresh…
Wyatt & River were awesome to work with! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
This is the third time we’ve used Carpet Pro and they consistently deliver excellent service. I’ve wondered if they’re secretly magicians because they’ve been able to remove stains we thought would never come out. Extremely pleasant technicians do the work efficiently and make our furniture look like new again. We’re grateful for this level of service!
They were very nice and careful. Good job!

Finally a company that does what they say they are going to do! They confirmed the appointment, they texted 30 minutes before they arrived. Zach and Dan were polite, professional, efficient, and thorough. No up-selling, no gotchas! The upholstery and carpet look great and exceeded my expectations! I can highly…
We had purchased a used couch for a college apartment. It definitely needed cleaning!!! They guys did a GREAT job and the couch looked wonderful. I was very pleased with the job and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again for other jobs I have in mind. I would highly recommend you give them a call too.
Amazing job!! Wyatt and River came out to clean 3 couches that were stained in a move (and from kids and dog that sheds a lot) and they made the couches look like new!! Highly recommend!
Savannah and Aiden are hands down the best team! They are professional, and super thorough. The experience from initial contact to job done has been fantastic! Absolutely call them!
The guys were great. The company was very responsive ahead of time and the day of correspondence was awesome as well. Quick, informative chat when they showed up and they got right to work and delivered on each ask for cleaning up an older couch and a dining set. Everything smells fresh and looks good. Will use again!
This was our second time using CPC for carpet cleaning. Wyatt and Zach were very informative and patient. Sara was also great to work with for setting up the appointment. Everyone provided top notch services.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Zach and Dan were wonderful! My dog had an accident on my wool rug and I tried home remedies that stained my rug (pro tip: don’t try to remedy it yourself; just soak it up and call Carpet Pro). I gave Carpet Pro a call and they weren’t sure if the equipment would make it…
Great service, professional and fast.

They are simply the best! I’ve had my carpets, couch and area rugs done and they all came out brand new! Prices are so reasonable for the amount of work they put in! Such a good experience, definitely recommend!
Aiden & Allen came out this afternoon and did a wonderful job cleaning up some 2nd hand purchases from Facebook as well as the carpet in our master bedroom. They communicated issues/concerns well and kept me updated on the progress. They even texted me to let me know when they were on the way over! I absolutely…
Aiden and Allen were terrific! So helpful and conscientious! Our carpets had some scary stains and they now look so good. Love that the products are natural.
CPC is a reputable and dependable company. I have use their services multiple times. Their associates Bret T. and Aiden S. have been to my home each time and, their professionalism and hard work is beyond what is typically expected of gentlemen their age. I am very impressed with their work ethic and courteousness.…
We used Carpet Pro Cleaners last year after searching for carpet cleaners who used environmentally friendly products. They did a great job cleaning all our carpet - including getting out various throw up stains in our nursery. Twin babies + severe reflux = nasty carpet. Our entire second level looked like it had new…
I'm completely thrilled with the work that Aiden and Jimmy did for us today. They cleaned our couch that was recently moved by a bunch of hard-working (but extremely sweaty) men. They were on time, very kind, and worked very efficiently. They went above and beyond to clean up after themselves, especially when they…
