The company is noted for its responsive owner and in-house design capabilities, which streamline the construction process. Carrington homes has been building/remodeling my homes since 2010. It started with an extensive renovation project and then into new-build construction projects. My family (with young kids) lived in our home during the reno & the level of professionalism and respect was all that you would hope for. When I sold the latest home it blew the market narrative and made me a very respectable return. Most importantly, Carl MacIntyre, as the head of Carrington, quickly established a down-to-earth relationship with us. From beginning to end, he was building the project with our vision as his own. Most notably was the continuing relationship after the projects were completed. This builder never left us to feel alone. He literally answered every call/text promptly. He went out of his way to ease the stress on our end, and anyone privy to the building process knows this is a unicorn. Building with Carrington Homes is the best investment I've made.

Selected Carrington Homes out of 11 premier builders authorized to build within Holliday Farms, Zionsville, IN. Reasons are many. Carl McIntyre came across as an experienced and knowledgable builder totally focused on his customers. We were not disappointed. Carrington has its own in-house architect, which made the design/build process seamless. The architect was superb and transformed our rough design ideas into reality with ease. Carl assembled a team to guide us through our project from start to finish. Our on-site project manager was amazing and looked out for our best interests every step of the way; same with the in-house designer who escorted us to flooring, cabinet, granite, plumbing, and lighting contractors to make our selections. Her design input was invaluable. Finally, the resident financial manager kept the financial process as simple and understandable as possible. Spent almost a year designing and a year and a half building. Really enjoying our home now and happy that Carrington was our partner through the entire process.

Our experience with Carrington Homes was terrific in every regard—from ideation to design to planning to construction to move-in and to the occasional support needed in the year+ since…we absolutely love our new home, and we are very pleased with our experience with the folks at Carrington Homes. Building a custom home in a dynamic marketplace could have been highly stressful, and it did certainly bring some stress at times to be sure, but Carrington really made it palatable. We were new to this process, but Carrington worked with us each step. They were patient, responsive, and consultative from the start. True partners. They were friendly, kind, and approachable. They were honest, reliable, and trustworthy. The team was creative and nimble, and took initiative in heading off issues or challenges that emerged along the way—inevitable in any major construction project! The entire experience felt like a team effort—and we are grateful for the fine people at Carrington Homes!

Carrington Homes is an elite home builder in Indiana. The craftsmanship and quality is second to none. Carl is a very engaging owner and has been very responsive when needed. His on site managers (our home was built with team lead Eddie Martinez) are excellent and the subs he uses are top notch. We chose to have our home designed by Grady who is their in house designer and he designed a lovely home that was extremely specific to our wants and needs. This is a truly custom home. If I had to build another house again I would choose Carrington Homes, but it is hard for me to envision a home that fits my needs better than the one they built.

Working with Carrington Homes was a wonderful experience. From start to finish, the attention to detail surpassed all of our expectations. I can say with full honestly I truly enjoyed interactions with our team through out the entire process. They were always quick to respond to questions and issues, and made the process feel so easy. Sandy, the selections coordinator, worked tirelessly to arrange and consolidate meetings around my childcare availability. She brought so much fun and excitement into the process, and really helped me achieve my vision on our budget. Our project manager Zach was always so kind and his attention to detail was incredible. Shaun has helped us so much with any fixes or changes we needed at the one year check in. I have truly loved working with this incredible team. We couldn’t be more grateful to Carrington for helping us build our forever home.
