It was a pleasure doing business with someone that cares about their customers
They repaired my car after two accidents back to back. They were great
CARSTAR Campbell’s customer service, technicians, and the owner’s open dialogue about my vehicle repairs exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and final quality check before leaving are impressive. If you want to feel safe, with zero reservations, and trust a body shop repair facility, CARSTAR…
They will more than make sure they fix the vehicle clean and nice before they return it to you. Great customer service. They keep you updated the whole way.
They clearly are able to delete negative reviews. This place does terrible work doesn’t stand behind their work and they are unprofessional.
Took our 2021 Nissan Rouge to them and part of the trim they replaced started coming loose in 3 weeks time. Went back to get it fixed and they just made excuses and have done nothing. Supposed to be warranty for life of the car.
They have repaired three of our vehicles. Excellent work! We wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles.
I was very pleased with the staff at the front counter, they were very polite during pick up and drop off. Drop off was pretty quick and pick up went even quicker. After pickup I noticed the tire shine they applied and the lovely air freshener they added were both a nice touch.
Had resent bodywork done. They handled my claim efficiently and effectively. They kept me updated with my vehicle’s progress. Good place to have your vehicle repaired.
Thank you Campbell's Auto Body in Burleson Tx. I want to say thank you to Melissa for your kindness!! I picked up my car today and it was beautiful!! The front end and hood was so messed up I didn't see how it would ever be fixed! It was beyond my expectations!! You guys did a great job!! They kept me informed and…
Customer service was great and the job they did on my truck also looks great, they went out their way to buff out some additional scratches and I was informed with updates all along the way so truly thankful. I would recommend this place 🙂
Third time to use Campbell’s, highly recommend. Professional, Friendly Service.
Solid work and super nice people. Communication about the process and timing of the work could improve, but that won’t keep me from going back. Definite recommend.
Like a new ca when complete
Car Star is awesome to work with. Will go there any time I need a auto body shop
Nice job. On time. Seamless coordination with insurance company. Very clean afterwards.
I've had to use them several times over the years, and am always happy with the work. Everyone their is so kind, and it's an easy process with my insurance.
Someone tried breaking into my wife vehicle overnight last week and ripped the driver side door handle off, I called my insurance and they suggested them to fix it. It took a little less than a week but they were very polite and did great with communication on fixing it .
Keeping me up to date with my repairs ,so far . Haven't got it back yet, but the ladies in the front have been super patient with me and have explained what's going on, as well as what to expect.
Thank you so much for fixing my truck so quickly. I truly appreciate your prompt service, clear communication, and responsiveness throughout the process. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you again!
