They repaired my car after two accidents back to back. They were great
CARSTAR Campbell’s customer service, technicians, and the owner’s open dialogue about my vehicle repairs exceeded my expectations. They will more than make sure they fix the vehicle clean and nice before they return it to you. Great customer service. They keep you updated the whole way.
They clearly are able to delete negative reviews. This place does terrible work doesn’t stand behind their work and they are unprofessional.
Took our 2021 Nissan Rouge to them and part of the trim they replaced started coming loose in 3 weeks time. Went back to get it fixed and they just made excuses and have done nothing. Supposed to be warranty for life of the car.
They have repaired three of our vehicles. Excellent work! We wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles.
I was very pleased with the staff at the front counter, they were very polite during pick up and drop off. Drop off was pretty quick and pick up went even quicker. After pickup I noticed the tire shine they applied and the lovely air freshener they added were both a nice touch.
Had resent bodywork done. They handled my claim efficiently and effectively. They kept me updated with my vehicle’s progress. Good place to have your vehicle repaired.

Solid work and super nice people. Communication about the process and timing of the work could improve, but that won’t keep me from going back. Definite recommend.

Someone tried breaking into my wife vehicle overnight last week and ripped the driver side door handle off, I called my insurance and they suggested them to fix it. It took a little less than a week but they were very polite and did great with communication on fixing it .

The ladies inside were amazing!! I was kept informed by text during the whole process. I want to see it from a place that was close to them. Took car in for insurance claim. Seems like The adjuster didn’t approve some damages for repair and the shop fixed everything around it. They never bothered to call or let me know if this, instead called and said the car was ready. Tried to get them to come out and see and the owner didn’t even want to take a look…
1st time using this automotive body shop. Office staff extremely friendly and efficient. The site staff was very nice and very communicative about my repair process. The repairs were good and the price was fair.
Repair was fine, but they put a car perfume sponge in my AC vent which caused a serious allergic reaction, not appreciated! The time the repair took seemed excessive, but is probably normal.

I am a repeat customer at Campbell's. On previous occasions, they were professional on the phone and in person. They did good work on my vehicles. Today's experience was terrible. Campbell's took great care of me. Work was done ahead of schedule, and they communicated along the way. No issues.
The repair job looks great. The people I dealt with were very efficient, very knowledgeable, very easy to work with. I hope I don’t have to, but I would definitely use them again for automobile repairs.
I had at least 25 dings from a hailstorm, all over my car and even on the trim. They did an absolutely fabulous job-the paint is perfectly smooth and gorgeous and you can’t tell there were any problems at all. They even detailed the inside. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

The folks at Campbells Carstar are simply fantastic. This is the second time we have used them for fender benders (which wee not our fault). Their work is flawless and genuine concern is obvious. They did what they said the would do and gave reasonable expectations of how long it would take to do it. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

A squirrel destroyed the wiring in my car. In addition to that, I’d been in a small accident that left my car damaged. I’d been trying to get it fixed for months at another business, to no avail. Nobody could seem to communicate well enough - or cared enough - to get it fixed. Once it finally got taken to Carstar,…
This company is AMAZING! They were able to get me in the same day I called about getting my car fixed from a car accident I was in. They even took time out of their way to get in touch with enterprise for a rental while I waited for my car to get fixed.
