CARSTAR Campbell’s customer service, technicians, and the owner’s open dialogue about my vehicle repairs exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and final quality check before leaving are impressive. If you want to feel safe, with zero reservations, and trust a body shop repair facility, CARSTAR…
They clearly are able to delete negative reviews. This place does terrible work doesn’t stand behind their work and they are unprofessional.
They have repaired three of our vehicles. Excellent work! We wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles.
Solid work and super nice people. Communication about the process and timing of the work could improve, but that won’t keep me from going back. Definite recommend.
Car Star is awesome to work with. Will go there any time I need a auto body shop
Excellent experience second time using them to repair my Honda. Top notch service
Nice job. On time. Seamless coordination with insurance company. Very clean afterwards.
Someone tried breaking into my wife vehicle overnight last week and ripped the driver side door handle off, I called my insurance and they suggested them to fix it. It took a little less than a week but they were very polite and did great with communication on fixing it .
Keeping me up to date with my repairs ,so far . Haven't got it back yet, but the ladies in the front have been super patient with me and have explained what's going on, as well as what to expect.
Thank you so much for fixing my truck so quickly. I truly appreciate your prompt service, clear communication, and responsiveness throughout the process. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you again!
The work done at CARSTAR for me this week was absolutely perfect. All of the staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs for which I am very appreciative. I can easily recommend these folks to anybody. Which I already have done. When I returned the rental car a lady in the rental car place was asking about a…
Happy with the repairs. Great service and communication. They texted me consistently with updates.
Everyone at this place is absolutely incredible! The ladies up front are sweet, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Shoutout to Melissa and Mia! The men in the repair and paint shops do excellent work and leave your vehicle looking better than brand new. I have used them twice after being hit in March AND May -…

I had a car accident a couple weeks ago and they brought my car to CARSTAR campell’s shop. We were given an estimation of the car not being done until Wednesday the 11th. They were able to get it done sooner, which was such a blessing because the day that we took back our rental car was the day that they got the…

This company does a great job would recommend to anybody
Very nice staff and I am very satisfied with their work. Highly recommended.
This is a great auto body shop. The girls in the front office were very nice and helpful. I loved the update text letting me know the progress of the repairs.
I’ve used Cambell’s many times, and have been very satisfied but I guess they are under new management now, I reached out to have a set of wheels painted to match the factory color of my vehicle ( they took down the paint code from my door jam sticker), on 9-26-25 and was told it would be a couple days, a week goes…
Great experience with CARSTAR repainting my car hood. Work took a couple days longer than estimated, but communication was constant and I was never in the dark. I will consider getting the rest of my car repainted if ever needed.
After a recent fender bender, my insurance recommended Carstar Campbell's Auto Body here in Burleson. The place is close to i35, but not very easy to find. I must say they did an amazing job on the repairs & paint matching. Myra & Melissa in the office were very nice & helpful. Since I had nobody to bring me to pick…
