We're sorry to hear about your experience, but we do want to clarify that we made several attempts to return your calls and were unable to reach you. We understand how frustrating communication issues can be, and we certainly never want anyone to feel ignored. We would still be happy to assist you if you need our services.
Sorry you can not understand that sometimes wrong numbers get dialed. And sorry we did not choose to fall victim to your email threatening to remove your second star if we did not remove our reply stating we did try to contact you. We refuse to be blackmailed into changing our initial response because it doesn’t fit your narrative of why you have a one star in the first place.
Beyond that you we need not say anything else as anybody that reads your review will see we were not the problem. Again we do apologize for not getting ahold of you and the Mishawaka phone number. But we did attempt to help you. But will not any further.

Catch-It Wildlife are the Crocodile Dundees of Central Illinois as no rodent or pest stands a chance against them! Not only are they swift and efficient, but they are so incredibly knowledgeable about how various wildlife species behave and are able to create a custom plan to catch whatever little “friend” is causing issues in your home (I almost feel like the rodents scatter when they see them coming)! Two incredible men who really get the job done! I wouldn’t think of using anyone else, as they are truly the BEST in Central Illinois.

Service is phenomenal. Exceptional people doing unique jobs. Very knowledgeable staff my mom had a groundhog annoying her, and Cody and his staff came and captured the groundhog instead of free. Highly recommend.

Cody was very polite and professional!! He explained the process to us was quick and reasonably priced!! We had a terrible groundhog situation and Cody came and caught 3 in less than 5 days. Highly recommend!! Will definitely use him for all future pest issues!!!!

I had a ground hog issue where as they were digging ferociously under my house and garage! I notice cracks in my walls it was so bad! I called Cody at catch it wildlife and he immediately came out and.set his traps! His knowledge of rodents and wildlife in general was beyond my expectations! He's a true genius in his field of work! He has gotten the ground hog issues under control and has caught 2 of them so far! He left traps here to be thorough and make sure there are none left! Thank you Cody for your services and expertise! I highly recommend Catch it Wildlife if you or anyone you know have issues with rodents like I did! Cody is a great person very respectful and promt! I can't say enough about him or his business! 5 stars for sure!
