This was 3rd job that Chris has done for me in last couple of years, this time replaced valves in two showers and a bathtub. Very good work, good materials, gets done what he proposes and on schedule.

Chris came out to give us a quote on a new hot water heater or tankless system. He was honest and fair and we look forward to working with him in the future. Our neighbor uses him and trusts him completely and that’s a huge plus in my book. She always has great references!!!

Needed a water heater Chris helped my husband and I make a decision on which one to purchase and then did the install very quickly. So thankful.
CB Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. Chris was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He quickly diagnosed a bathroom drain leak that turned out to be inside the wall, clearly explained what needed to be done, and handled the repair efficiently. He also addressed a badly corroded LP gas line, replaced the failed piping, and pressure-tested the buried portion afterward to make sure the remaining line was sound. Communication was great throughout, and I appreciated that he took the time to explain the work rather than just rushing through it. Very solid experience overall. I would absolutely use CB Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or gas-line work in Northwest Arkansas.

Chris does an amazing job for us every time. Always on time or early and willing to do whatever needs done to make sure the customer is taken care of and prices are very fair, especially for the Bentonville area. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This was from September 2025 and we charged $209 to replace cold and hot water stops under kitchen sink. We’re sorry that you are taking 11 months to reach out instead of allowing for communication and us to know the issue. Screaming at us and calling names after us reaching out today wasn’t what I planned to encounter. We wish you the best
