I absolutely love the team at Central Heating and Air! From the office staff to the technicians doing the service and maintenance calls, they are all the very best! Tyler gave us notice he was on his way and showed up on time. He was doing a winter check and was organized and efficient. No issues and we are ready for winter in Montana.
Central Heating provides outstanding service and backs up the equipment they install and service. During this February 2021 polar vortex heat wave, Dan J clambered on to our roof late at night to clear ice that had built up in the furnace stack, which caused the closed high efficiency Lennox HVAC system which…
Always enjoy Darren! Explains everything, very professional!
awesome as usual
Brett was professionally friendly, capable and efficient during the service call. He communicated clearly what needed to be done, time frame and anticipated costs.
I came home from an errand & found the ac wasn't blowing cool air. It was set at 76 degrees & the temp in the house was 80. This happened at 4:30 pm so when I called, they put me on the list to call in the morning. Initially, I was told someone would be at my house between 3-4 pm but Tyler called me early that…
Thorough, well-explained work.
Trent was a joy to work with. He was very professional. He inspected our furnace and air conditioning unit and listed everything he recommended on his estimate. The installers Lenny and Brock were quick and left the area clean when they finished. Trent came back after they were done and checked their work. I…

I can't remember how long I've been using Central heating, but it was before they had that name. I have never been disappointed. I have looked around at others, but I always decide to stay with Central. Nothing has changed since my last review, I'm still very happy with Central heating.
Quick and efficient.
Very informative and gave me great advice for future service.
Can't find anyone better to do a perfect job. Thank you so much.

Dan was very professional. It took him only a few minutes to find and fix the problem. Now, my air conditioner is no longer leaking and dripping from my unit to the unit below me. I appreciate all Dan did
The technician told us our ancient AC was toast and needed to be totally replaced. His estimate of the replacement cost was 1/3 of what it is actually going to cost!
We've always been impressed with Central's quick response, professionalism, and quality work.
Quick, professional and quality service from the telephone call to the actual service visit. Tyler is polite and very knowledgeable. He even showed me the problem! Signed up with Central Heating's maintenance program because of this visit!

A bit more expensive than we thought. We are going to get a few more bids.
I called because my furnace was making a loud noise. I didn’t think I would get anyone out today. To my surprise a tech was able to come out right away. Tyler was even early for the appointment & very friendly.
Tyler showed up right on time and got everything fixed quickly! I really appreciate central heating and air being so quick, especially on the hot days! Thanks again! 👏

Work on our A/C system was completed by Darren. He is courteous and professional, and did a fine job. Much appreciated.
Great company, fast appointment
My air conditioner was not working and since it is an older unit I was fearing the worst. Tyler came and it turns out that the company that recently installed a new thermostat had not wired it properly. Quick fix. Appreciate his professionalism. Great to work with and will use for any future needs. Highly recommend!!

Always professional.
Great service! Explained everything well and only suggested the necessary repairs needed for us at the time.
On time and very helpful. Located the problem promptly and provided all solutions. As a homeowner who enjoys DYI projects, it was nice to have those options as well instead of a sales men.
We called into Central Heating to check out an old a/c unit on a house we just bought. Technician was on time and helpful for the task at hand, but seemed to know just enough to charge as much as possible at every turn. We were quoted $168 to check heating and cooling systems, but the guy told us there was an extra…

Dan was exactly on time (acually a little early). He immediately went to work. He paid close attention to the various checks and adjustments of my system. Top notch work. I am ready for winter. Thank you, Dan!
Within 3 hours of calling for appointment my ac was fixed.
Our 29-year-old A/C system just wasn't keeping up with our cooling needs. We called Central, and they scheduled a service call within 2 days. Darren showed up at the scheduled time and asked to be shown the inside furnace/AC system and then the outside unit. He discussed my options, which included minimal cost…
Whenever I need HVAC work, I call Central. Darrell was fantastic. Service was quick, on time, reasonable and… most important… instantly effective!
Dan is professional, responsive, and cares
Darren was helpful and made sure I understood the system and potential problems. He advised me on maintenance and found the faulty part immediately. It was replaced and he did a quick look at the other components too. All things considered, the price of around $300 was good considering it included the service…
Quick efficient and friendly
Tyler was very prompt and courteous. Fixed the problem quickly. They got me in same day. My brother who has done HVAC for 27 years said the tech should have done some maintenance on the AC unit while he was here, like clean drain, check freon, clean unit, etc. I am happy to have AC working. Thank you for fitting us in!
Excellent customer service very professional experience
Had Tyler out to check/maintenance on AC. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable; will be using these guys in future. Also priced less then other bids I got. Would highly recommend.
Dan was friendly and professional and answered all my questions.
Tyler was great. Identified the problem quickly and was very upfront and honest about the issue. I have a VERY very old system and instead of simply recommending me fix it, which would be expensive, presented me with all the options. He showed concern for me not throwing a bunch of money into the unit when it might…
Our a/c went out last night. I called this morning and was advised someone would be out between 3-4. Darren was on time, if not early! He checked everything, advised me what had happened, what he could do to fix it and then continued to fix all he said he would and explained in detail what had happened, what he was…

A very pleasant experience with Dan at Central Heating and Cooling. Right on time, friendly, competent, and most importantly, educational. He took the time to show me maintenance items and helped me move some concrete slabs and reposition the unit. Thanks Dan!
