Honest and trustworthy. Dan explained the problem after listening to me explain the situation. I had another company respond and they told me my 12 year old unit was obsolete and couldn't be repaired. Dan added refrigerant and a product that sealed a tiny pin sized hole. It is 95 degrees outside and my AC is keeping my home at a comfortable 74 degrees.
Tyler was prompt, professional and fast. He gave tips on performing maintenance on my own, which was great.
