Five-Star Experience with Central Heating and Air Conditioning I wanted to share my experience with Central Heating and Cooling. I received quotes from three different companies to have a new HVAC and AC system installed at my home. Working with Trent at Central Heating and Air Conditioning was fantastic. Trent…
Trent and his crew did an amazing job in the installation of my new furnace and air conditioning units. Trent is very knowledgeable on his products and the installers were very helpful in showing me how to use various features.
Thank you so much. As an elderly woman living alone, there are times when I need specific help. Both times I have called Central heating, I have been treated like no one mattered more than me. From the office help to Dan and the first young man, I appreciate all of you. Your expertise, professionalism and friendly attitude is greatly appreciated.
Excellent and timely service! Trent was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. We were given every best option of what furnace best fit our home and were guided seamlessly along the whole process. The install crew did a wonderful job as well and even took the extra step to update some venting ducting to…
All the guys who were a part of this process were great. Trent, Tyler, Jonah and Brock were all very polite and helpful. Things moved quickly, and nothing was a hassle. Would absolutely work with them again

Installed a new furnace. Did a great job from start to finish. 10 stars. Highly recommend Trent & Dan will get the job done. Thank You
The technicians, sales person, and office workers were all friendly and professional. It was a great experience working with Central, from diagnosing issues with th old furnace to getting the new system installed. The process involved quoting multiple options for both the heating and AC in my home, which was very helpful when comparing irons and prices.
Appreciated how quickly they were able to get someone out to assess the problem initially, Tyler was very helpful and connected us with the right people to get the furnace replaced quickly. Trent, Lenny, Maison were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They ensured that the furnace was installed properly and timely. Great customer service.
I called Central Heating & Cooling on Monday morning as I could not get my pilot light on for the furnace. Within two hours a technician was at my house diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately for me the furnace itself had a crack, was severely outdated and a safety hazard for my home. The tech, Darren, was very…
Central Heating provides outstanding service and backs up the equipment they install and service. During this February 2021 polar vortex heat wave, Dan J clambered on to our roof late at night to clear ice that had built up in the furnace stack, which caused the closed high efficiency Lennox HVAC system which…
All of the team was great to work with, especially Dru. The install went smoothly and both the AC and furnace look and run perfect. Another company was a little bit more (about 7%) but Central air is definitely work the extra.
We feel so blessed. The entire team is professional perfection. They arrived on time, ready to work. They protected our home while they worked. The team installed our heating/cooling system with quality skill and timing. Hands down will recommend to anyone needing heating/cooling services.
Great experience. We lost AC and central sheet metal-was there immediately explaining our options and installed units when they said they would and on time. Heat went out at 5am heat is back on. I will not use anyone else great company
This my second experience with Central Heating. They replaced my furnace 2 years ago and were quick and efficient in January weather. Now today, Central H&A came and installed a brand new HVAC unit in my house. Such a wonderful pair of upgrades! They also cleaned my ducts yesterday, which I suspect may have never…
Darin is always on time, knowledgeable and professional.
I can't remember how long I've been using Central heating, but it was before they had that name. I have never been disappointed. I have looked around at others, but I always decide to stay with Central. Nothing has changed since my last review, I'm still very happy with Central heating.
They installed a new A/C and Furnace for the Lennox from the heart, yearly giveaway. They all showed up installed it quickly were super friendly, it is incredible that a company does this for the community!!! Can’t thank the Central Heating and Cooling team enough!! Thank you so very much!!

It was a very satisfactory installation and relational experience. Trent is a very gentle personality who worked with us at our pace. It was not high pressured or domineering. We had 50-year-old furnace and AC replaced. The technicians were here promptly as booked and did a great job of removing and replacing both units. Kudos to salesman Drew and the 3 techs who did the work.

To say they went "above and beyond" for me is an understatement. I thought I was paying for a basic furnance replacement (which I did), but they ended up giving me the royal treatment and went out of their way to address EVERYTHING even remotely related to the furnance at no extra cost. Without even thinking about…

We had a great experience with all aspects of dealing with Central Heating's personnel. The people were incredible: knowledgeable, efficient, hard working and professional. They are great assets to your company. They deserve a generous Christmas bonus;)
From the service call to the office till the service rep. says goodbye...is always a very satisfying experience. Always eager to please. Very friendly! I love the service I receive and the respect they all give. Thank You!
Very professional in every aspect of the job. They insured that my new furnace was ordered and installed in Very cold temperatures. Heck they even put down blankets to make sure that the floors stayed clean and undamaged. All I can say is you would be crazy not to hire Central Heating and air conditioning for…
I got estimates from what I felt were the top three HVAC contractors in Billings. All three came in at almost the exact same price for services we wanted: New furnace, 95+%; New A/C unit, 2 stage; Mini-split, A/C only for upstairs bedroom; Addition of some ducting in the basement; Ducting cleaning. Turns out we…

Central Heating & AC was great to work with! Came over the day I called to see what was wrong with our AC & why it wasn’t working during the hottest week of the year, Darrin did a great job explaining exactly what was going on. Needed a new AC and Furnace, expressed with me my concerns about payment and how we could…

This business was informative and helpful in our decision making regarding replacement of our 20 year old furnace and air conditioner. Employees were all great at communicating and completing the install efficiently and neatly.
Central Heating called me a week before to confirm that the time we had picked out was still good for our Heater/AC replacement. I received a text the day before, giving me the times they would be here to start work. They were punctual, and a day and a half later we have our new furnace and AC unit in. Tyler and…
