Darren is always very knowledgable and polite. He's very good at communication and does an excellent job!
On time, very friendly, very polite explained. What he was doing, so I could understand.
I cannot thank Darren enough for his professional handling of our service call. He was wonderful. Explained what he did, what I should do next as the home owner, how to operate the thermostat to program it, and even helped me change the batteries in it. PS. He came for the AC service, too, which was very helpful. He…
Darren- was very professional and courteous. Appreciated him solving the problem with our furnace.
Knowledgeable and prompt. Polite/respectful of myself and my property. I have used this business for several years and they are thorough, honest and honestly priced. Tyler was great last maintenance and this year Dan J was training a second fellow. Both great. This fall (2023), Tyler P was great. Your…
Thank you for sending Darren to me from The Fireplace Center. He is a good man and I would like to do business with him, but at age 90, , I see no value in a $5,000 replacement fireplace. If I was a younger man I would replace it. All I want done is fix what I have.
Darren was a great technician, very polite and thorough and explained everything really well. I would recommend Central Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who has maintenance or repair needs as they are fast, friendly, and reliable. The cost of parts is very high in my opinion, but that is an industry wide…

Darren serviced the furnace and small gas heater. Did a great job.
Tyler gave us notice he was on his way and showed up on time. He was doing a winter check and was organized and efficient. No issues and we are ready for winter in Montana.
Service was excellent as usual. Been doing business with Central Heating and Air for almost 10 years and their service is outstanding.
Central Heating provides outstanding service and backs up the equipment they install and service. During this February 2021 polar vortex heat wave, Dan J clambered on to our roof late at night to clear ice that had built up in the furnace stack, which caused the closed high efficiency Lennox HVAC system which…

DARREN showed up at the arranged time. He explained each step as he went along which I appreciated. He also explained the custpmer program I am enrolled in. I don't recall all the explanations before so it was appreciated. Have used Central for 20+ yrs with never a problem.
Excellent customer service and friendly, on time technician!
Prompt voice mail return on a Sunday for an AC issue. I didn't need a weekend service request so they called first thing Monday to set up an appointment. They sent a text when the technician was heading my way. He arrived at appointed time. Serviced my AC and fixed an issue I've been having with my furnace as well.…
Excellent ! Very personable and knowledgeable young man. Gave me some great tips.
Servicemen were punctual and very efficient.
On time. Discussed the problem we were experiencing. Decided as the system was functioning normally during his visit to just get a new battery for the thermostat and leave it at that for now. We have used this company often. No charge for this short call.
