All the guys who were a part of this process were great. Trent, Tyler, Jonah and Brock were all very polite and helpful. Things moved quickly, and nothing was a hassle. Would absolutely work with them again
Darren was a great technician, very polite and thorough and explained everything really well. I would recommend Central Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who has maintenance or repair needs as they are fast, friendly, and reliable. The cost of parts is very high in my opinion, but that is an industry wide…
It started off that I called the wrong company. I couldn’t have been more happier with my mistake. They were able to help us in a timely manner and were very pleasant and easy to work with. From the initial visit assessment to needing a new furnace. Trent was easy to work with and never tried to push us into…
Trent was very thorough in explaining the process and my new furnace. Lenny and Brock were efficient, clean, and very friendly when they came to install the new furnace. Will absolutely keep doing business with Central Heating and Air.
Trent, Tyler, Brett and Lenny were all exceptional. Their customer service was awesome and all my questions were answered!
I was in need of a new furnace and Trent came over to house, measured, inspected, and informed me of all that it would entail. The appt. was made at that time and this morning shortly after 8:00 Brock and Brent came to house. Great care was taken in preparation of area so there was no clean up. Both men worked…

We had 50-year-old furnace and AC replaced. The technicians were here promptly as booked and did a great job of removing and replacing both units. Kudos to salesman Drew and the 3 techs who did the work.

To say they went "above and beyond" for me is an understatement. I thought I was paying for a basic furnance replacement (which I did), but they ended up giving me the royal treatment and went out of their way to address EVERYTHING even remotely related to the furnance at no extra cost. Without even thinking about…
