Kris Joseph was absolutely amazing. My husband and I started out our home search with another realtor who wasn't giving us what we wanted and unfortunately not listening to me (us). I have known Kris for many years and reached out to him venting my frustration and asking a thousand questions and without a thought he answered all of them even though he wasn't our realtor. After 1 of my many conversations I looked at my husband, made 2 phone calls... 1 to fire my existing agent and the 2nd one to hire Kris. Within a couple of weeks, we found a house, put an offer in and now have our 1st family home! Without a doubt I would recommend Kris and One Realty Partners. Professional, Caring and a friend for life!

Kris Joseph was absolutely amazing to work with. We were first time home buyers and not the most educated on the whole process. He found us homes in our budget and locations that we were looking for. Ultimately he found us the EXACT home we wanted in the EXACT location we were looking for and lock us in. He took care of all of the grunt work and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get our FHA approved by finding is someone very inexpensive to fix some minor paint chips on the window sills to get us approved. This man is a saint and I really don't know how he does all that he does for so many people. I've recommended him to others who were also very happy with his service. I was also recommended him by my sister who was also a very satisfied client. I'll recommend him over and over again! Thank you Kris!
