Always a great job! On time and professional
Very knowledgeable and efficient! Highly recommend! Made my carpet and rugs look brand new!
Second time using CertaClean and I continue to be impressed! Will keep using and recommend to others!
Great communication. My rugs came back clean and in better shape than when they picked them up.
CertaClean in Athens continues to impress with service. Today, they returned my rug even though I wasn't home. I left a hidden key and they came in, put everything in order, and left. That's SERVICE! I trust them and they do a great job with my rugs.
First time using this service. When you have an expensive rug that you plan to keep for decades you gotta take care of it and keep it cleaned. I was amazing on how quick and easy it was. Drop off at their location to save extra. Very clean facility. When I picked up my carpet was professionally wrapped to protect…
Knox Bennet is an amazing professional. He did an amazing job and had such a joyous and professional demeanor. His knowledge and craft truly makes him one of a kind. They scheduled me within a few hours and the carpet cleaning was done in a short time.Thank you Knox .CertaClean is the way to go ,don’t second guess 🙏
They arrived on time, sent a few reminders for the appointment (which I appreciate), did a thorough job! Everything smells ( a nice light clean smell )and looks great! I really appreciate the young men who came out to clean my carpets. They were professional, kind, easy to talk to.
We had our wood floors cleaned. Thank you for the excellent work provided. The floors look beautiful again. We recommend them highly.
Very efficient and professional service; excellent communication throughout the process
My rugs were cleaned beautifully and with care. Equal to the cleaning is the friendly service that goes way beyond the norm. These are great people. To date, they have cleaned 5 of my larger rugs and honestly, they look as good as the day I bought them. I am slowly but surely having them clean every rug in my home.…
My area rug looked brand new when they delivered it to me. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to get the red clay out of it (2 dogs), and they did. Before you decide to toss your rug bring to Certa Clean. I am glad I did!
CertaClean was quick at responding and scheduling! They were kind and efficient. Knox did an excellent job at cleaning our area rugs, for the second time now! We hope to continue using them in the future!
Thanks to CertaClean for my area rug looking brand new again. The guys were complete, professional and did a wonderful job. I will be using your service in the future and tell others too.
We used Certa Clean Athens to clean our carpets, area rug and furniture. Furniture is mostly white and we have a black dog. We are thrilled with their work. They go above and beyond
Fantastic job. The guys were on time and took the area rugs up. Next the bedroom carpet was given a thorough cleaning. It looks great. Very pleased.
Were very professional and thorough throughout the process. On time, would use them again, and recommend them to friends!
Wonderful service. Unbeatable cleaning. Personal estimate visit by Matthew followed by outstanding team of Knox and Brady who made old carpet look better than new. Same with couches and recliners. My whole house smells and looks new. The team was an absolute pleasure as they worked efficiently around us in the…
I had to wait a while to unwrap my cleaned living room rug- but it was worth the wait. I wanted to have my two English creams groomed well prior to putting the rug back down. This rug was in our farm house we sold and had survived many animals. The home steam cleaner had been used on it countless times. Then it…
CertaClean did an amazing job on our rugs, dining chairs and barstools! Everything looks so fresh and beautiful. Knox, Brady, and Susan were so kind, professional, and so easy to work with. I’m beyond happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend!!
My rugs look great! Matt was kind, careful, and patient as he placed the rugs where I wanted them. He noticed the legs on my table were wobbly, and took extra time to tighten the bolts out of concern for my safety. Not only did he do a good job cleaning my rugs, he is a noble young man.
Knox and his assistant did an excellent job. He explained everything to me and had me check along the way. Very nice people to work with who deliver excellent service. I highly recommend!
Knox and Brady arrived right on time, and explained the process to us. They went right to work, were efficient, and periodically asked for our review to be sure before moving on. We would hire them again for other carpet cleaning jobs!
Great service! Kept in constant contact through text. Picked up, cleaned and delivered rug. Rug looks and smells great! Will use again in the future.
Your employees were very nice and helpful, and good workers!!!!
We had an awesome experience with CertaClean! Initial contact was very pleasant. 2 guys came to steam clean 2 large rugs but so glad they suggested that they take them in to do a deep clean! Both rugs look as good as when we bought them years ago. When 2 more guys (one was Matt!) brought them back, they were…
Matt does a great job. I have used him several times to clean carpet and upholstery in my house.
Today, we had our 2-seat sectional and carpet cleaned. Knox was very friendly and did an outstanding job! It was fun to see the difference between the "old" carpet/sofa and new -- the difference was night and day. Knox also recommended we get these cleaned annually, including having them pickup the carpet to bring…
Beautiful job and excellent service! Thanks to Matt and team!
This was the third year in a row that I’ve used this company. They are responsive, professional and on time. I think they do good quality work.
Knox with CertaClean did a wonderful job on my rugs, sofa, and chairs. I was surprised how well everything cleaned up, especially after dogs, red mud and grandkids left their marks. Knox was very professional and kind. He listened to my concerns and was able to get out some stubborn stains that had been there for a while. Thank you Knox and CertaClean!
They did an amazing job, will definitely use again. They brought a well loved area rug back to life. Easy to communicate with, extremely helpful.
I was very pleased with the work they did. I will continue to use their service instead of Stanley Steemer. Very economical too.
Wow just Wow!!!! CertaClean did a phenomenal job on my carpet and floors. They did a great job explaining what they were going to perform and what the timeframe looked like. I highly recommend them and there is no one better!!!!
Great customer service! Really nice to have a place like this in town that knows the meaning of great customer service. I dropped off a rug that my mother needed to have cleaned (cat urine) and they did an excellent job of extracting all offending odors and stains from it. They even offer pickup and onsite…
Amazing work! Matt and Colby came to my residence and spend 2 hours of very thorough cleaning on my 2 bedrooms, carpeted stairs and 3 area rugs. I have never seen my carpet looking like new! Also for what the cost of services, CertaClean is the way to go for all my carpet cleaning needs! I will highly recommend this company . Thank you Matt and Colby!
Matt and his partner did a fantastic job on my carpet and upholstery cleaning. It's the best carpet and upholstery cleaning I've ever had. I would highly recommend CertaClean!
Tried every product to get my golden doodle dog smell out and toddler stains removed from our living room furniture. Nothing worked until CertaClean came and saved my couch and recliner! I called last minute to see if they could squeeze in a rug as well and they didn’t hesitate to add that on their schedule! Very…
The best carpet & upholstery cleaning service I’ve used. Highly recommend Matt and his team!
Just used CertaClean at my home having an entire level of ten year old carpet cleaned. From the first phone call and then through the entire scheduling process CertaClean was extremely Professional. Such a wonderful experience! Did a great job cleaning my rug!! Great price and great service. Thank you!!
Matt and crew did a great job cleaning carpets in home I just bought! They look great and even survived the moving crew! Would definitely use CertaClean again if I ever need it!
CertaClean went above and beyond cleaning an antique rug we inherited from my grandmother. Matt was prompt in picking up the rug, responded quickly to emails, and washed the rug until it was perfect. The colors that can be brought out after washing an old rug are amazing. I would highly recommend CertaPro to…
Rug looks new! Great job and yes I have two dogs that had made a path with dirt on the rug. I am really happy with the service and promptness

Excellent service! Timely and very efficient! Carpets look awesome!
Matt communicated honestly about everything. Pricing, proper cleaning and very professional. Everything was cleaned well and within the allotted time quoted. Even after finishing, he reached out the next day to make sure it all turned out well! Use them! They’re great!
Great service. Will use again.
Certa Clean is our go-to carpet cleaner in Athens. They always do an outstanding job. I know I can trust them in my home, which is important as a mother of three. They are professional, kind, and thorough. We had an oriental area rug our dog had peed on from anxiety as we had our house renovated. They were able to…
Matt and Steve did a great job for me on two occasions. Quality work for sure but most notably easy to contact, responsive and efficient. Matt kept me up to date and informed of schedule and arrival time or any changes which was appreciated. Great team and pleased with results of the cleaning. Would certainly…
Fantastic price and great service. Would definitely recommend.
Amazing and professional service at a great price. Carpets are noticeably cleaner and softer. I would recommend to anyone and will be using again.
Matt did a fabulous job & got our carpets & couch looking great. We had significant urine & diarrhea stains & no signs left!
So easy to work with! Showed up on time, very professional, worked around my family, and provided excellent service! Our carpet looks so much better. Will call again.
They came on short notice, cleaned large rooms and done it all after normal business hours. Thanks for a job well done CertaClean!
Matt has cleaned my carpets three or four times over the last few years. Great pricing. Always do a wonderful job, on time, and professional. They’re helping me extend the life of my carpeting! The recent cleaning of hallway got out wear and dirt from bathroom remodel. He’s previously dealt with doggie accidents.…
