They arrived on time, sent a few reminders for the appointment (which I appreciate), did a thorough job! Everything smells ( a nice light clean smell )and looks great! I really appreciate the young men who came out to clean my carpets. They were professional, kind, easy to talk to.
Responsive, reasonably priced, and great communication. I would recommend anyone who needs some carpet cleaning to reach out to them for cleaning services. 10/10 would use again.

They were very kind and thorough.
He did a fantastic job and took care on my trouble spots.
The technician, Knox, was thorough and efficient (as well as being super kind). I’ve had professional carpet cleanings in the past, none of them with the results that Certa Clean was able to produce. 10/10 would recommend
Fantastic job. The guys were on time and took the area rugs up. Next the bedroom carpet was given a thorough cleaning. It looks great. Very pleased.
I’ve been using Certa Clean for 5+ years and they always do a fabulous job of refreshing my home! From normal carpeted areas, stairs and they have even done my furniture in the past. The teams always do a phenomenal job and we will keep using Certa Clean as our go to carpet cleaners.
