I had an explosive dog mess that needed to be cleaned asap. They were able to come out next day and sent the NICEST guy named Knox out and he cleaned it all up SO FAST!! I'm actually shocked it all came out. Thanks guys!!!
They arrived on time, sent a few reminders for the appointment (which I appreciate), did a thorough job! Everything smells ( a nice light clean smell )and looks great! I really appreciate the young men who came out to clean my carpets. They were professional, kind, easy to talk to.
Responsive, reasonably priced, and great communication. I would recommend anyone who needs some carpet cleaning to reach out to them for cleaning services. 10/10 would use again.

The technician, Knox, was thorough and efficient (as well as being super kind). I’ve had professional carpet cleanings in the past, none of them with the results that Certa Clean was able to produce. 10/10 would recommend
