From the office Staff to the field crews, I’ve had a great experience working with them. Jayden, Junior and JP were very professional. They came in and got their installation done. No issues! I will definitely use them on future projects. Great communication! They met the schedule. Passed inspections. No Drama! I appreciated working with them.

We were driving south on I-15 Saturday afternoon and a truck would have swiped us getting in our lane if I didn’t slam on the breaks to avoid a wreck. As a fellow member of a service based business you have a responsibility to drive a certain way in a work truck.…

I called Certified Fire to have them diagnose and fix our fire panel monitoring system in early June 2026. We had been flagged from the fire dpeartment and been told all functions were not working. I provided plenty of information beforehand to Certified Fire about the system type and Brand Name and all other questions they had before they ever came out or scheduled an appointment to diagnose my system. They sent out two workers to my site for 30-45 minutes on June 30, 2026. They were scheduled for the following day. They arrived just as I was leaving for lunch and insisted on working on my system because they were in the area, despite having agreed to an appointment the following day. I allowed them to begin diagnosing my system and left to work as I went to lunch. I came back early from lunch, around 45 miunutes later, and they had already left. I was given no explanation for what was done or why they were not able to work on/repair my system. They charged me $750 for 6 hours of labor for this. Then they also sent me a new quote to replace my system for $5200! I disputed the $750 charge three times, and explained to their billing department that they only came out for 30-45 minutes. I asked them to revise their invoice. Over a month later and after I posted this review they changed their invoice to a minimum charge of 2 hours labor at $250, even though it does not mention this anywhere in the quote that there is a trip charge or minimum charge. They want me to pay $250 now, but how can I trust a company who does not know how much to charge and flip-flops on their invoicing? In my opinion you should never work with this company because of their dishonesty I experienced. The owner is asking me to call them now even though I am already in contact with three of their employees. I stand firm in that I expect to be charged correctly and I will not be paying them a dime until they can invoice me correctly and honestly. One hour labor would be fair in my opinion depsite them really not doiong anything and arriving and leaving according to their own whims.

How your employees act represents you. This is a company which is supposedly dedicated to SAFETY needs. I had one of their employees driving especially aggressively, crossing multiple lanes, and nearly cause an accident, around 0615 in the morning. The company vehicle was in the innermost left-turn lane (I was in the outermost one), then decided to get over in front of me at an unsafe distance. I got into the next lane over (on the right) to avoid him, and he immediately slammed his truck into that lane, right in front of me - my bumper was mere inches from his vehicle while I slammed on my brakes and honked. And then, this employee decided to roll down his window and yell at me, telling me that I was the problem. So... this wasn't simply an oops: it was poor planning, poor thinking, and aggressive behavior on the part of Certified Fire. Tried to call them to talk about it, and there was no one there to deal with this kind of issue, a few hours ago. Talked to Jayden just now. I will not ever be using or recommending this company. I'm medical. I deal in safety for people, in the most direct way possible. I have dealt with multiple accident scenes, and we don't need anyone getting hurt or killed, because an employee manifestly thinks everyone else needs to get out of his way, and he doesn't need to make safe lane changes. He owns that road, and everybody needs to compensate for his deadly driving. This indicates that the company's intent and attitude does not match the purpose of that company, in my thinking. I certainly see that the review prior to mine was about the exact same problem. Likely, the same truck. So this is a repeating issue.
