Expert technical diagnostic and repair. Called in the morning to report no AC. The technician promptly arrived and resolved the problem in just a few hours.
The range of services and professional skills of chapman techs, plumbers and electricians makes it a serious one-stop business for most of your home needs. I'm glad I followed a recommendation.
Jarick, the Chapman HVAC technician, thoroughly tested and systematically identified the source of the problem. He provided me options for resolving the issue He left with the ground level air conditioner working better than ever!
My A/C went out on the sweltering Labor Day weekend. Taylor was a peach in helping me set up the appointment when I had questions. Jarick was the consummate professional in assessing my problem, showing me the bad part without me asking to see it, and quickly resolving the problem. My senior dog was relieved. I…
He was just a great guy and he really knew his stuff just all the details I needed to know
We have 2 units, they got going with a new filter and told us the other unit was done. They came and quoted us for a new unit. My husband and a friend went out to have a look at it and got it going right away, with turning off and on...... so unfortunately we won't be using this company again.
Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Jarick! Having your AC go out is never a fun experience, but he made getting the problem fixed a breeze. He was prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to explain everything that needed to be fixed. Highly recommend him and the entire Chapman team.
They were available for same day service. Provided several options for the repair. Got the system running.
Thomas explained why it was 88 degrees in my house. The part had burnt out and the air conditioner was over heating. It didn’t help that the dog was going crazy and I was on a work conference call.Yet Thomas was very professional, fixed the problem quickly and made sure to explain the resolution. I am very happy…
Did a good job and in a timely fashion.

Jarick is a stud. Deserves a raise! Fast efficient and gave me a through report on my HVAC system
I had appointment to discuss options of humidifier in attic, Keith was very knowledgeable about and gave me recommendations with better options that would save money. He explained having humidifier attach to furnace in attic is not recommended and he gave suggestions on best humidifier to look for. Good customer service. Thank you
Trent took care of our AC problem quickly. Really nice guy.
Very polite and he did a good job.
We have 4 properties that are serviced by Chapman. We have tried many other HVAC companies and find Chapman is the best. Our AC unit started making loud clanking noises at 530pm on a Friday night and Chapman sent someone out to address the problem. Troy was very professional, friendly and explained the problem…
David was very helpful and explained things thoroughly.
Keith is a SuperStar. I always ask for him!
I appreciate that the repair team and the sales team run parallel but don’t really cross paths. I didn’t feel sold to and that’s refreshing. Kieth Wray is a very thorough and informative tech. He was transparent about my furnace issues and represents Chapman well. Thank you, Kieth!
He identified the problem quickly and is very professional at his job. He knew exactly how to split the water lines off the water softener to make the outside faucets not on the water softener.
Chris - the technician - was fantastic! Polite, knowledgeable and got our A/C back up and running!
Heidi H and Corey are exceptional employees. Very professional. Thanks for all of your help!
Christopher came out to look at our AC unit today. It was a strange issue. He listened to me and had to do all kinds of troubleshooting to figure it out. He was wonderful. Never had any issues with any Chapman techs and Christopher did not disappoint. We’ve used Chapman for over 10 years on several houses for…
Our Technician, Brian Velie, was great to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. A+
It was 96° outside and our AC went out. I was able to schedule an appointment easily online with Chapman. Chris came out very quickly and was very friendly and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He offered great customer service and explained everything to me very clearly. I am definitely using Chapman again.
Very poor customer service. We submitted an online service request on 7/6/2026 when our thermostat display read “recalibrating” and our house was not cooling as well as usual. We never received a response to our request. On 7/12/2026, just before hosting an open house to sell our house, the thermostat display was…
Brian solved our HVAC issue by identifying the problem, the Nest thermostat. Professional, quick, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and provided options to fix the problem.
Brian Velie from Chapman HVAC provided excellent service today. He found the problem immediately, had the part in his van, and got us up and running again quickly. He’s a Great technician!
Brendan Stansbury from Chapman performed a Tankless Flush and Plumbing inspection for me today (7/8/26). He was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and explained in detail what would be done/looked at during his visit. I was very pleased with the service today and highly recommend Chapman. I have put my…

Excellent work, quick, professional and courteous. Highly recommended
Jarick Hamilton fixed a leaking air handler in our attic. He came after hours and stayed until the job was done, and now our system is working better than before with no leaks. Can’t ask for more than that! Thank you, Jarick and Chapman!
It’s 95 outside yeaterday and the humidity is stifling. My thermostat says it’s 54 in the house and my ac won’t blow. The other thermometer says no it’s 80 in the house. Went on line and scheduled an appointment for service. They came today! Found the issue and fixed it in less than 2 hours. The original thermostat…
My AC stopped working on one of our first 90+ degree days this summer. Brian V was able to come out quickly the same day and figured out what was wrong. He had the part I needed and everything is working again. Brian was so helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and made things easy to understand. My…
Woke to A/C not working. Dave and Julie Fredbloom recommended Chapman. Called at 9am, they were at the house before noon. Up and running by 1pm. Chris was great, no up sale, just straight up.
Tom was great!! Very kind and polite. Would definitely recommend him (and Chapman)!
Keith was early which was greatly appreciated. He was thorough and had our system up and running in 30 minutes
Great service, quick response to fix our AC unit. Highly recommend Chapman. Thanks, Chris!
Corey was professional, knowledgeable and communicative. It was a pleasure to work with him.
I called around 6AM that my A/C was not blowing cold air. They were at my house by 1130. Earl was professional and knowledgeable as he diagnosed and showed me the problem. A/C was up and running that afternoon.
Jermaine was excellent. He was very professional, personable and able to quickly identify our A/C Unit issue.
Five stars
Jarick was awesome. He did a very thorough job, identified the failed component (a dying capacitor), provided options and quotes, replaced it based on what I wanted to do, and communicated at every step. Overall a very good experience!
Earl really knows what he’s doing with the oil burning furnaces. Keeps our 1985 furnace going!!
I would highly recommend Chapman Heating and Cooling. My technician was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the issue was and the cost was fair but slightly overpriced. Thank you for getting our A/C back on so quickly!
Earl did a nice job. He was on time, communicated well and preformed the work quickly
Tom Bullock was the technician that came to install the replacement part on my A/C. Tom was knowledgeable and always asked if I had any questions. He was personable, diligent and made sure the work was done right.
Happy to have ac working again!
Van was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly identified an issue that would cause a future outage. He shared a resolution with transparency and without pressure. I would highly recommend Chapman after my experience with him.
Brian was excellent he was responsive and informative. He was a little late compared to the window for service. It's understandable with all the storms that have been rocking Indianapolis. He made sure to tell us what was going on and explaining what the issue was and explained what he was doing to check that…
Loved the next day service and the no upsell pressure. The technician, Brian, was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the issue and the repair. I would definitely call Chapman if I need heating or AC repair again.
Jarick was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! He diagnosed my issue, found a solution then went above and beyond to find a very outside the box resolution. I couldn't have asked for better service! Kudos to Jarick!!
Very thorough, professional and easy to understand what was going on and what needed to be done.
Brian was great! He explained everything clearly & gave different options.
Amazing customer experience! I was fortunate to get the best of the best technicians, David Burns. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional.
