Brenden was persistent in getting the issue to repeat so he could resolve it while here. Then he continued to test attempting to repeat the issue after the fix to ensure it did no occur again.

Technician, David was on-time and got right to work. Professional and thorough. I was explained and shown the current flame sensor where the sensor was worn. Recommended that it be replaced to prevent any issues. Completed! Highly recommend!
