What we thought was a simple little leak at the water heater turned into a much bigger leak and issue at the washer! Kris quickly found the real problem and went to work on fixing it. He handled it with patience, confidence, and professionalism. Job well done!
Good quick service and professionalism, as expected. The 5 star rating was unfortunately missed, due to the garden hose not returned as it was found after using it to hose off the outdoor unit.

Israel Garcia is an excellent 10+ repair/replacement and service plumber. His customer service skills are caring, knowledgeable and takes interest in the work and customer even showing pictures of his work under crawl space that he completed. He replaced 2 outside faucet assemblies and his work skills including efficiency and quality are 10+.
Matthew was great. He diagnosed the problem. He answered all of my questions and told me what the cost would be. This was a positive experience.

Tad replaced an outdoor frost proof spigot that was about 30 years old ! Quick and efficient install. Highly recommend Chapman for plumbing and HVAC install and repairs !
The employees are friendly and helpful. The employee that serviced my furnace noticed that my water heater was leaking and notified me. He called the office and got plumbers sent to my house. They got me a new water heater installed. Really appreciated their help, saved me from a big headache!
