Everyone Did Excellent Work. Job Knowledge was exceptional. Had trouble with the gas company turning on the natural gas. these guys stayed late into the night waiting on the gas inspection to be able to turn on the furnace so my elderly mother would have heat during the night when it was close to 10 degrees out. Thank You
We highly recommend Chapman. Our heat went out during the heavy snow and bitter cold. He was so nice and told us it was not safe and due to age, we would need a new furnace. He called immediately…
We appreciate Chapman’s promptness, knowledgeable service personnel, and their willingness to explain our HVAC system. They aren’t all about selling you something, until you really need it. They listen and work with the customer.

Chapman continues to provide high quality, very professional service. I have used them for a few years now, and in fall of '22 opted to purchase a complete new HVAC system from them. I never got the sense from anyone in their company that they were anything but happy to help. I would highly recommend…
They installed 6 roof top units on my strip mall and did a wonderful job. We really didn’t go without cooling for barely a morning and it was mostly done in a day. And a year later everything is working great and they’ve kept them serviced. All at a competitive bid. Great job!
From the first meeting with the salesperson to the actual install of both a new furnace and AC, our first-ever experience with Chapman was great.
My house's AC and heating system just sucked when I bought the house. 1/2 of the house was freezing cold when the other 1/2 was hot during the winter. AC didn't work properly so the house was always warm during the day/hot during the night in summer with expensive electric bill. Even though the cost was on the high…
I give Chapman my highest recommendation. They have knowledgeable sales staff in the field, first rate service/installation technicians and stand behind their work. They are all about customer satisfaction. A refreshing business model today!
* and this review is being posted late after speaking with some friends about a current issue with the company, and realizing that my older view is no longer listed. Roughly 4 years ago, I reached out to a company in my hometown of Beech Grove Indiana to have my entire HVAC system replaced. The job cannot be…
Very kind and kept me informed as to what was going on. Cleaned up after they were done. This is the second time Chapman has been to my home and they now have a very loyal customer.
They are very responsive with their time and detailed with their work. The technicians, Steve and Desmond are AWESOME!!
We experienced a loss of refrigerant in our AC unit. The technician did a thorough job of searching for the , but because of the location of the evaporator unit and the refrigerant lines, he was unable to do a complete inspection and could find no leak. We will meet with another Chapman representative to determine what to do next.
My family and I was treated with outstanding customer service. Everyone we spoke to was honest and very kind. We would highly recommend them.
The service techs were respectful, knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand. They cleaned up and encouraged me to call with any questions. I felt they genuinely cared.

I used to have competent service from Chapman for many years, but have experienced a decline in service, competency and professionalism with their service staff over the last few years. We used Chapman for the first time about 10 years ago. Loved the fast response, helpful tips and fast and clean service.
Fernando and the rest of the folks at Chapman were extremely professional and efficient. My house is a 150 year old Italianate with more than 3000 sq. ft. They installed a new furnace and AC in one day and it took all day because the job was so big. The end result looks a lot better than what was in the house…
Ron and Kameron were fantastic! They installed my new furnace in less than 4 hours. They were kind, respectful and knowledgeable. They left my utility room neater than they found it. I can always count on Chapman!
Great job ! They were very professional and knowledgeable, working hard to replace AC and heating in only a few hours . I plan to have them install my tankless water heater too.

They did a great job
Prompt, friendly, talented & clean are a few words that come to mind about Andrew and the team at Chapman's. Wanted to take a minute and provide some feedback on our most recent experience with Chapman for all of you looking for a quality HVAC repair company.
