Jermaine was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. I appreciated his input on some issues.
Servicing my AC isn’t an easy job as it requires a ladder, going through a trap door, and doing the servicing on the roof. Trent did that and also delivered bags of salt for the soft water. Lots of work well done.
The work was done thoroughly and with care. This technician takes great pride in completing the job properly.
