Tom Bullock was the technician that came to install the replacement part on my A/C. Tom was knowledgeable and always asked if I had any questions. He was personable, diligent and made sure the work was done right.
Chris A is the very best tech you all have at Chapman! I always ask for Chris to do our two check ups a year ! When we get him on an emergency call for service always a good thing to us! Don’t get me wrong Chapman has plenty of good techs but Chris is our favorite!

Chris provided excellent service on a 16 year old heat pump. He explained and showed me what the issue was. He took steps to be sure we had heat until the issue can be resolved. I'm happy to have him back to help resolve the problem as soon as parts can be ordered.

Nolan, the Chapman technician, was very knowledgeable, courteous and was able to replace a safety switch in my furnace in about an hour. Their office support was very helpful with scheduling and making sure the part was still covered under a 5 year manufacturer's warranty.

He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing, and why. He explained well what he recommended, and when he would replace the part. He seemed very knowledgeable. They got to my house sooner than I had requested, which was great! (I signed up for as soon as possible)
