Cordell did some troubleshooting on a plumbing leak that we had. He gave us lots of good information and suggestions for preventative maintenance. He took his time and did a very thorough job. We will definitely use Cordell and Chapman again.

Jake was both business and friendly. Looked into a question. I had about my humidifier on the furnace and remedy the situation in a very timely manner.
The Chapman team was very thorough in assessing and fixing the problem with the plumbing under our kitchen sink. They replaced all the old valves, reconfigured the garbage disposal, and replaced the drain lines so the trap is up to code. They also ran a new line to the outside hose bib and replaced that valve as well. Bill did a great job.
Brandon was so kind and efficient! He walked me through exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do to fit it. A true pleasure to have work on my home!

The repairman was here for less than twenty minutes to ascertain that my water heater was not repairable. Then he gave me an estimate for a new one which I felt was to high. After I declined the bid I was charged 94.00 dollars for no work just a ten minute observation of my water heater. I also thought this was to high but paid it.
My water heater sprung a leak and needed replacement. Tyler was on time, personable and efficient.

Problem not fixed or even well diagnosed.
We just scheduled the work for tomorrow but they looked at our water leakage issue and immediately changed their schedule so they could come back to get it fixed. When I mentioned an estimate from another company he worked to get their price as close as possible.
