06/08/2026: Service Tech Chris Amond was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He checked the system over and determined it was low on refrigerant. He added charge and made sure the system was working properly. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided by Chris and all of the folks at Chapman.

I was having issues with my furnace heading into a cold spell. I called Chapman for help and they sent Steve out the same day (4 hours after I called, even). Not only did Steve work his magic on the furnace to get me and my dogs warm again, he gave me a bit of a crash course in how furnaces work.
We’ve been using Chapman for a couple of years. Service is always great. We've had great experiences with multiple technicians, including Ryan, Israel, Brenden, Gary, and Chris.
Late Friday furnace repair. Van showed up and got the furnace running until we can get a replacement the following day.
