06/08/2026: Service Tech Chris Amond was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He checked the system over and determined it was low on refrigerant. I was having issues with my furnace heading into a cold spell. I called Chapman for help and they sent Steve out the same day (4 hours after I called, even). Not only did Steve work his magic on the furnace to get me and my dogs warm again, he gave me a bit of a crash course in how furnaces work.

I strongly recommend Christopher from Chapman. He serviced my property very promptly and his work is of high quality. In one property I changed a heat exchanger in one occasion, then a HVAC blower, and in another property I changed an igniter. Definitely I will work with Chapman again and request Christopher if available.
My heat went out this winter and Chapman saved me. They were able to come the same day I called and went above and beyond to acquire a part that had to be ordered. They had it up and running within a couple of hours of receiving the part.
