Brian from Chapman Heating and Air was sent out to look at my A/C and furnace. He was professional and efficient. He was up front with the problem and the estimate of the cost to repair. Not once did he try to get me to purchase anything that was not needed. Since I kind of knew what the problem was, and he…
I was having issues with my furnace heading into a cold spell. I called Chapman for help and they sent Steve out the same day (4 hours after I called, even). Not only did Steve work his magic on the furnace to get me and my dogs warm again, he gave me a bit of a crash course in how furnaces work.
We’ve been using Chapman for a couple of years. Service is always great. We've had great experiences with multiple technicians, including Ryan, Israel, Brenden, Gary, and Chris.

Keith with Chapman Heating! Thank you Keith for coming out and replacing a part in our heating system that had blown. I strongly recommend Christopher from Chapman. He serviced my property very promptly and his work is of high quality. In one property I changed a heat exchanger in one occasion, then a HVAC blower, and in another property I changed an igniter. Definitely I will work with Chapman again and request Christopher if available.

I’ve never had a company do everything they can to save me money. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone Sunday helped me get my emergency heat going, over the phone, to save me an emergency visit fee. Earl, who came out the next day had me up and running in 20 mins. They only charged me a visit fee. Their…
