Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient.
Bill’s service was terrific! On time and effective. Gave me best options. Friendly.
Brandon did an excellent explanation what he saw and what he thought was wrong . He was right.
I like the way they replaced and installed new water heater the same day.
Billy was fantastic. Quick, no nonsense estimate for a water heater install. Had all the information I needed in less than 10 minutes and the install was scheduled and in progress the same day. Paying a little extra for a far better than boxstore product and I dont have to do it myself. Win.
Heidi was very prompt, courteous and professional. She explained clearly and concisely why I needed a new water heater. I was very pleased with her service
We woke in the morning to zero hot water, as our 15 year old water heater had ceased to function. By 12:30, a new water heater had been installed. Brandon took the time to find the best unit for our needs. Friendly and professional service all around. Note: do not be turned away by the automated attendant if you…
They showed and solved the problem quickly
Tyler came in and quickly assessed our problem and did the needed repairs to get us up and going. Excellent job!
Chapman did excellent work. Our water heater has been having issues and was still under warranty. They came and looked at the water heater and determined a replacement was necessary. Water heater replaced and just had to pay for labor I believe. I appreciate the extra work in looking at our temperature control…
I'm so glad I found Chapman's, they are very good at what they do. I love how they explain everything. Little pricey, but they are very knowledgeable, very friendly, very respectable of property and your home, I love the courtesy call,I would highly highly recommend. Jake Lowe and several others have came. They are great also. Try them out
Very polite and knowledgeable. Definitely an asset to the company and would recommend his services to anyone needing them.
Always great service, courteous, and knowledgeable technicians!
Trenton was knowledgeable about his service. He also saved us from catastrophe. He found our 5 yr old water heater leaking. We had to get a new one, so we ordered one from Chapman.
Ryan from Chapman’s showed up and said yup you need a new water heater, that’ll be $99 please. Seems he was not able to replace water heater cause he is the on call guy and too busy but he scheduled for Monday. Called and canceled that crap what a joke. Did not call for sown one to tell me what I knew. Called to…
BUYER BEWARE- Chapman Heating, Air Plumbling just charged me $2,712 to replace a 50 gallon electric water heater. The actual water heater costs $600 so they charged $2,112 for labor or over $700 per hour. It took 3 hours to install. I’ve called them but no one has returned my call. I have been using them for 20…
Great customer service. Israel was knowledgeable and helpful. Just moved into the area from Ohio and previous owners had just purchased water heater within a year. Israel is dedicated to his customers and photo copied purchase to take to office. Honest.
Very prompt and professional service. Would highly recommend Chapman.
Brendan Stansbury from Chapman performed a Tankless Flush and Plumbing inspection for me today (7/8/26). He was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and explained in detail what would be done/looked at during his visit. I was very pleased with the service today and highly recommend Chapman. I have put my…
I was thankful someone answered the phone on a Sunday and even more so when I was advised of the price savings with waiting a day. We struggled through the BO in solidarity and Chapman called before 8am to tell they’d be onsite in 25 minutes. They were done by noon, we waited about 30 minutes for the water to heat…
Tyler did an awesome job… highly recommend this team!!
Billy & the guys at Chapman were great to work with. They didn’t rush us, explained everything well and got things done quickly.

Informative technician
The rep was very informative and taught me alot about my water heater.
Bill was absolutely outstanding in every aspect: customer attentive, listening to all I. shared, then. presented a fair & honest solution. Chapman would be wise to keep him on board and consider him for promotional opportunities. 10 stars out of 5.
Prompt, intelligent and hard working. I've had them out twice and have been pleased both times.
Great customer service and loyalty. Very kind representative.
Excellent service.
Service techs are very courteous and knowledgable. Repair work was quick.
Aaron was very nice and easy to talk to! He was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining things. His estimate seemed fair.
We’ve been using Chapman for a couple of years. Service is always great. We've had great experiences with multiple technicians, including Ryan, Israel, Brenden, Gary, and Chris.
Billy patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He was great.
It is easy to schedule appointments and the scheduling staff is always courteous and accommodating. We always request the same technician for HVAC maintenance and he is punctual and thorough.
Excellent👍👍
These guys came in and helped me out so much. They had to create an opening to replace a faucet, found an issue where my outside waterline was constantly running and fixed it and took the time to prepare me for their next visit. Very honest and understanding when it comes to the needs. Definitely will call them again!! See you guys next Tuesday!
Quick pleasant service. Very polite and honest.
Bill was a very informative and skilled installer. We will definitely use Chapman for any future heating or air conditioning needs.
Bill was very professional and very helpful in giving me an estimate on a new water heater. Period I decided to go with him and have him install it tomorrow.
Informative and professional
Everyone Did Excellent Work. Job Knowledge was exceptional. Had trouble with the gas company turning on the natural gas. these guys stayed late into the night waiting on the gas inspection to be able to turn on the furnace so my elderly mother would have heat during the night when it was close to 10 degrees out. Thank You
Brenden thanks for the great work on the water heater installation. Overall 5 stars Thanks Tyler
They were very helpful and polite and explained our options thoroughly
Brandon was awesome. He was knowledgeable, professional and very timely & organized. Great Job!!!

Super cold weather, great immediate support. Troy was very helpful, experienced and took the time to talk me though the issues.
Brenden was very thorough, took the time to discuss options, and provided us information that we could consider in the future.
I have found that they are well experienced and do a great job at whatever job performed for their customers.
Prompt and informative
Gary the service tech arrived early on a very snowy Saturday morning. He arrived at our home and took a survey of the situation (leaking water heater) and took off across town to the east side of Indy on a VERY terrible driving day to pick up a water heater. He returned with a new water heater and quickly removed…
Bill was immensely helpful when my water heater unexpectedly went out. He went above & beyond checking the water lines and ensuring that I got what I needed on the same day of the problem.
Not great. I was told a person would come out and look at why I had no water pressure and would repair it the day he visited. I was visited by a Sales person not a plumber. No one told me that. He said it will be working by mid afternoon. No one called or showed up. I called Chapman a little before 5 pm so to get…
Very knowledgeable and helpful.
This company far exceeded expectations! They scheduled me same day and arrived within 30 minutes!!!! That NEVER happens with service requests!!! Bill Fennell and Brandon Sweetman were professional and friendly. I will never use any other company again for a water heater
Very nice job. Very efficient. Nice communication.
Chapman did an expert job on replacing our water heater. From the first visit to access the issue, to scheduling, to the installation, the three who helped us were professional, knowledgeable and polite. They checked our warranty and we were able to get a new water heater at no cost under warranty, we paid for…
Repairman was very good at his job and answered any questions I had. Would recommend him to anyone who wants to know.
