Mr. Collins is a delight! Easy to work with and was proactive in getting information about my broken washer so he would be prepared when he arrived. Once he arrived, he easily diagnosed and fixed the problem and even gave me some references for other services that I needed. I highly recommend Charleston Appliances and Repairs!
I’m very pleased with the service I received today. I contacted the company on Saturday and my washer was repaired on Monday. The technician was knowledgeable and was able to repair it quickly. Fair price on and prompt service!
Chris came out the day I called. I was having issues with Sears Appliance (warranty) repair. They kept giving me the rescheduling due to lack of technicians. I can finally do wash after 4 weeks. Thanks again for promptness and friendliness.

Quick response, honest opinion on washing machine. Did some diagnostic and was honest that the repairs may out cost the price of a new machine.
