I called three roofing companies over the weekend, and Chavez Family Roofing was the only one to get back to me within an hour. After many years, I still have had zero issues with my roofing system. I have two roof sections, the original roof and a later addition, and both have performed great the whole time. This roofing crew came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and they have been excellent to work with. They provided a fair quote and were very patient while I asked many questions about the roof work, skylight install, and materials. The installation moved along smoothly overall, and when a little evening rain…

So, so impressed with Chavez Family Roofing and their fast work and customer-first attitude from the first call through the final cleanup. We hired them for a basic shingle overlay, and choosing a professional crew instead of trying to do it myself was absolutely the right move. They took time to listen, asked smart questions about the roof, and gave recommendations that made real sense for our home and budget.
trenton and Preston really stood out because they were easy to talk to, reasonable, and straightforward. Unlike other roof estimates we looked into, this experience was simple, honest, and focused on what we actually needed instead of pushing extras. i appreciated that they respected our time, explained the shingle overlay process clearly, and helped us understand the condition of the existing roof deck, materials, and ventilation without making it confusing.
It was refreshing to work with a roofer that cares about quality workmanship, fair pricing, and what makes sense for the customer. They were honest about ways to save money, kept communication clear, showed up ready to work, and completed the project efficiently. the whole process felt professional, respectful, and stress free. The new roof looks amazing, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

We chose this roofing company for our roof replacement because of their strong reputation for quality work and dependable service. Our project started with an active roof leak, and they got the new roofing job underway within just a few days. Trenton and Bryson, along with the full crew, were experienced, responsive, and stayed involved from start to finish. They explained the roofing process clearly, kept us updated, and made sure every part of the project was handled the right way. The crew worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. After the roof installation was finished, they also had a solid cleanup plan in place, so we did not have to worry about stray nails or debris around the yard and driveway. If you want a reliable, no-surprises roofing contractor for leak repair or a full roof replacement, this is a great team to work with.

We had roof trouble from the time we moved in. Another roofing crew had already worked on it, but the leaks kept coming back, and the whole situation was frustrating. Then we called Chavez Family Roofing, and everything changed. Bryson came out, inspected the problem areas, explained what was going on in clear simple terms, and gave us a few very fair quote options. He was upfront about the cost, the timeline, and the repairs the roof actually needed. The crew fixed the leak issues the right way and paid attention to the worn sections, flashing, and other trouble spots that had been missed before. It was clear they knew roofing and cared about doing solid work instead of rushing through the job. They also let us know they would stand behind the repair if anything else came up, which gave us real peace of mind. It is not easy to find a roofing company with this kind of honesty, skill, and follow-through. The workmanship was top quality, the pricing was fair, and the whole experience was professional from start to finish. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or other roofing work. Top notch.

After many years, I still have had zero issues with my roofing system. I have two roof sections, the original roof and a later addition, and both have performed great the whole time. It was easily one of the best investments I have made for my home. The upfront price was higher, but it has saved me money over the long run because it has held up so well and has protected my home from leaks and water damage. Every roofing concern I had was fully taken care of, and the results have been solid ever since. Even the gutter setup has worked well with the roof overall. I truly do not see why anyone would choose basic asphalt shingles when a stronger, longer-lasting roofing option can do such a better job.

i recently had my house reroofed by Chavez Family Roofing, and i could not be happier with the whole experience. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the service was excellent. preston, my project manager, and the crew did an outstanding job and made the entire roofing process easy and stress free. They installed high quality shingles that look great and should hold up well in the heat and sun. The workmanship was solid, and their attention to detail really stood out during every step of the project. The crew showed up on time, treated my property with care, and kept me updated on the progress so i always knew what was happening. preston was especially helpful, always ready to answer questions and make sure everything stayed on track. His leadership and customer care gave me a lot of confidence in the work. It was clear the team takes pride in doing roofing the right way, from protecting the yard and driveway to making sure each part of the roof system was installed properly. I was also very impressed by the cleanup after the job was finished. They left the area neat and did not leave behind debris or nails. I would gladly use them again and highly recommend their roofing services to anyone who wants dependable work, strong materials, and a professional crew.

bryson and the roofing crew were great to work with from beginning to end. bryson was very flexible with my schedule when we went over the estimate and finished the paperwork. i was really impressed by how fast the job was put on the calendar, even sooner than expected, and how smoothly the roofing work was completed. The new roof on our cabana and adu looks excellent, and the updated shingles blend in well with the main house roof. bryson also helped us choose the right color so everything matched nicely, which made the whole project feel well planned and professional. The crew kept the work area organized, communicated clearly during the process, and showed strong attention to detail with the roofing materials and installation. We also had a small issue with a gutter and downspout, but it was handled quickly and properly without any hassle. The whole experience felt easy, efficient, and customer focused. I highly recommend this roofing team for anyone needing roof replacement, roof repairs, or related exterior work.
