Customers consistently praise the thoroughness of home inspections, noting that reports are detailed, include photos and videos, and are delivered promptly. Reviewers highlight clear communication, professional scheduling, and the inspector's willingness to explain findings to clients during the visit. While most feedback is positive, a few low-star reviews allege that subsequent inspections were rushed or failed to identify structural issues that became apparent later.
