Omar was at my house at the time we had discussed. He was very nice and friendly, and explained things thoroughly. He answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. He fixed three different appliances in about two hours total. His prices were great, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend him.
Omar is truly one of a kind! He’s honest, reliable, incredibly knowledgeable, and always fair with his pricing. What really sets him apart is his ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions rather than immediately suggesting costly repairs or replacements. Unlike so many other companies, Omar…

Another great experience with Appliance Repair Doctor. Javier did a great job diagnosing and fixing an issue with our dryer. Went above and beyond. I can’t recommend both him and this company enough. They are like doctors — you hope to not to need to see them, but when you need them, they are there. Thanks again!
Outstanding service! Javier diagnosed the issue with my dryer immediately on Saturday, sourced the replacement part, and was back on Monday right on schedule to finish the repair. Prompt, professional, and completely reliable. Highly recommend!

There are reasons I’ve used their service three or four times now (for different things). Always on time. Always let you know what they’re going to do before doing it. Always try less costly fixes first before replacing parts. Try them. You won’t be disappointed.

I needed my dryer to be cleaned out because of concerns of feathers from a ripped down comforter getting inside the heating element area. Omar and his crew are top notch one of the best small appliance repair businesses around. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I can't recommend this business enough!
I can't recommend this company enough. I used a different company to fix the dryer in Sept 22 and already in March 23 had an issue with the fix. Appliance Repair Doctor was much quicker and more knowledgeable than the other company and I will only be using them from now on! Omar was the best tech!
Great service, honest, reliable and cost effective!
I've worked with this outfit a few times and specifically with Omar. Every interaction is first and foremost respectful, transparent, fair and honest. Each problem has been fixed and educated on why it has happened. I'd highly recommend this organization for anyone who needs appliance repair work done.

Hand down, best customer service ever! From the moment Omar walked in to our home until the end. Amazing job, very thorough and detailed. I recieved helpful tips and now know when to call for maintenance in the future.
Omar came over to fix my Dryer and he was great. It was smelling like gas. He was very thorough in explaining the process and elements of the dryer and pointing out all the various issues. I had zero knowledge of the inner workings of a dryer so I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything. On top of…
I've worked with Appliance Repair Doctor a couple of times over the last 2-3 years and have nothing but glowing positive reviews in regards to both experiences. I had six appliances that needed attention, spanning 5 brands. Appliance Repair Doctor was able to handle four of the six. The repairman Omar was on time (called ahead) and swiftly moved through the items - replacing a leaking seal on a Maytag washing machine, fixing and cleaning a noisy Kenmore dryer and…
Showed up on time. Fixed dryer quickly.
Omar and his team are excellent. I recently had a dryer stop working. I called Omar and he came out and quickly identified the problem and solution. Amazing repair visit with Omar today! Excellent, Responsive, and Value are the three words I would use to describe the service I received from Omar with the Appliance Repair Doctor. I messaged on Tuesday, and the issues were resolved by Friday; it would have been done sooner, but I could not be home. Omar had all the parts he needed to fix both…
I contacted them via text the day after Thanksgiving for a dryer repair and got an immediate response and scheduled in for Monday. Will definitely use them again!

Omar repaired our GE dryer. He was professional, polite and showed me exactly what was wrong with our dryer. I've had Omar come over two times now (once for washer service, once for dryer repair). I've been very happy with the service, responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend!
My dryer was making a squeaky noise when it was in use. I called the appliance doctor described my problem and they knew right away what it was. Excellent! Highly knowledgeable on the appliances they service. Quick and efficient in their repairs, obviously well trained and well informed. Super nice people too.
Javier was prompt at responding to a weekend call. He showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue. We went through the findings and he showed me a part to order as well as how to install in order to save on a return trip and a few hundred dollars in unnecessary cost. That sort of professionalism and honesty…

Omar did a fantastic job. Arrived ahead of schedule, immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue, and was incredibly professional and courteous! Highly recommend!!
We "thought" the washing machine/dryer combination dryer had stopped working. Called appliance repair doc and sent email. Used them before to fix washing machine. Highly responsive.
