Chicago Appliance Repair Doctor is great in rendering services efficiently and in a timely manner. Chris was very helpful in a work recently done.
Have used them several times over the years and they are the best. Can not recommend them enough. Trustworthy, quick and honest. It’s great when you find a contractor you can trust and you know it’s a no brainer to just call them !
We have now used Chicago Appliance Repair Doctor for four separate projects over the last ten years, every time they've been professional, upfront, and (most importantly) fixed what has been broken. They are always my go-to when an appliance breaks. HIGHLY recommended.
Omar and his crew are top notch one of the best small appliance repair businesses around. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I can't recommend this business enough!
Omar and Joey were fantastic! They were able to diagnose and solve the issue within 30 min and were transparent and respectful throughout. For first-time homeowners, they were very reassuring and helpful. Will definitely return in the future whenever needed!
These guys are top notch. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. My refrigerator and freezer failed a few days before my wife was due to give birth and Omar and Javier prioritized the service at our home late on a Friday night. They were also very fair with their pricing and thoroughly discussed several…
I had six appliances that needed attention, spanning 5 brands. Appliance Repair Doctor was able to handle four of the six. The repairman Omar was on time (called ahead) and swiftly moved through the items - replacing a leaking seal on a Maytag washing machine, fixing and cleaning a noisy Kenmore dryer and…
They are the best! Our GE Profile refrigerator would not cool and Omar came out and within 20 minutes had it up and running again. We had a bad inverter board and he had all the supplies in his truck to replace it. Quick, easy and incredibly professional. Highly recommended!
Omar and Javier are great guys. Very clean and they fix my sub zero in under 2 hours. They had to do a sealed system repair. Highly recommended.
This is our go-to appliance repair service. Responsive, friendly with quality repairs on all three service calls. I highly recommend them.
Excellent, Responsive, and Value are the three words I would use to describe the service I received from Omar with the Appliance Repair Doctor. I messaged on Tuesday, and the issues were resolved by Friday; it would have been done sooner, but I could not be home. Omar had all the parts he needed to fix both…
This is my second or third time using their service and once again super quick to diagnose the problem, tell me my options, provide expected and possible costs, and offer the best advice of things I can do on my own or have them help me do trying to save me time and money! The repair tech was super friendly and…
Great service from Omar who replaced icemaker in my fridge. Spotted a loose connection at water line and tightened it - eliminating a potential water disaster if line had disconnected.
Omar is so great and professional. He explained everything to me about what was going on with my fridge/freezer, was very professional and on time. He even remembered all the work he did on the unit almost a full year ago. I definitely recommend Appliance Repair Doctor to others.
Omar was really great. They were able to schedule a next day appointment. Arrived on time, very professional. Communicated issue clearly, had needed part and fixed my refrigerator. Highly recommended.
We've used them three times!. Quick, reliable, upfront. If you need something fixed quickly, it might not be the best choice, but they can be worth the wait! I was lucky the last time and was able to have them come out the next day.
Omar and the team have helped me out numerous times with a variety of appliances. They always are highly professional and do a great job. They even go out of their way to answer questions and help with referrals when they dont support the particular device. I have been using them for feels like 10 years now and they…

The company and all of their employees were very responsive and courteous. The repairs were done professionally at a reasonable cost. We would use their services again and recommend the company to others.

The Appliance Dr is a treasure in a world of challenges. It’s no secret that it’s hard to find quality work these days, and it’s stressful when a refrigerator is behaving funny. Omar was great! I highly recommend Appliance Repair. They emailed me right back to schedule their 1st appointment. They repaired my Viking oven, installed a disposal and fixed my fridge. I needed new parts for my Sub-Zero fridge. The work was complete less then a week later. His very knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Omar was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job performing our annual fridge maintenance. He also helped me understand what was wrong with our washer and we will be using them again!
I have now called the Appliance Repair Doctor for 3 different issues: once for washer, once for dryer and now for refrigerator. They are always super responsive and really know their stuff! I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking for timely and knowledgeable service. It’s so nice to have a company to recommend to others and to rely on.
Our freezer was not maintaining a cold enough temperature to keep the food frozen and we urgently needed someone to come in and fix it. We are new to Illinois, so I had no clue who to phone. I went online and searched for the best appliance repair ratings in the area. Appliance Repair Doctor was at the top of the…
First used the company a few months ago when renting an apartment for a dryer fix, enjoyed the experience so much we decided to call again when we bought our home.
