Most painless repair process I’ve ever experienced! Absolutely great guys.
Omar was at my house at the time we had discussed. He was very nice and friendly, and explained things thoroughly. He answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. He fixed three different appliances in about two hours total. His prices were great, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend him.

After an initial visit to diagnose the problem with the oven, the tech supposedly ordered the replacement part. Then they completely went dark. Won't return calls or texts. I have no idea how a business can operate this way and stay in business.
There are reasons I’ve used their service three or four times now (for different things). Always on time. Always let you know what they’re going to do before doing it. Always try less costly fixes first before replacing parts. Try them. You won’t be disappointed.
Had such a great experience with Chicago Appliance Repair Doctor! They were fairly priced, getting a quote was very simple, and the team was on top of communication. The actual stove repair was quick and professional and Omar was amazing! Definitely will use them for appliance needs in the future:)
