I have been using Appliance Repair Doctor over the last few years and excellent results and experience. First our SubZero went out and after getting nowhere with ABT I called this company. They were prompt, I got an appointment quickly and they were able to fix my fridge within the week with fast turnaround of…
Joey was amazing! very professional and friendly service.
Omar was fantastic! He came and figured out what was wrong with our oven and burners. Then the following week he had the parts and got it all up and running. He called 20 minutes before arrival and was extremely friendly and professional. I will ask for Omar every time!
We are selling our condo and our LED panel for our oven had parts of it burned out. I texted and got a response immediately. Javier advised me about which part I needed to buy and then came as soon as the part arrived. Unfortunately, the part that the company first sent was defective, but Javier was patient and we…
Amazing service. Repaired my oven quickly and within a day of contact!! I highly recommend them. They have earned their top rating.
Fast and friendly!
Appliance Repair Doctor fit us in the same day we called, and did the work at a lower price than the other people we called. Highly recommend.
Had a power surge that fried the circuit board to the stove. Javier was great. Quick responses to questions, transparent in how much the parts and labor would cost and was prompt in arriving at the place to fix the situation. Would use him again in a heartbeat.
This is hands down the best company I’ve used for my appliances!!! Omar has serviced all of my appliances and has made them run better than they ever did! There is nothing he can’t fix, he is very knowledgeable and truly cares for his customers, Thank you Omar
Omar was delightful to work with. Very professional and easy to be around. He was able to diagnose the issue and possible fixes and even ordered parts for multiple solutions which allowed him to fix the issue as efficiently as possible. Would highly recommend Omar - he is very knowledgeable in his field!
I’ve used the appliance repair docs for service in my 3 unit apartment building over the course of the last 10 yrs. The appliance repair docs have always done a great job. If they can’t perform the fix on the spot they always provide recommendations on what parts need to be ordered and what the viable options are.…
Javier and Omar did all the things you could want when dealing with a business that comes into your home. They were consummate professionals with clear communication - never too much or too little. When we asked questions they had answers and didn't make us feel ignorant about how things worked. Their work was fast,…
Javier was so professional and friendly. He was on time (in fact early!) and was in and out quickly. He explained what was going on and addressed the problem so efficiently. Highly recommend Javier and this company!
Our experience was great. Diagnosed the problem and completed the repair immediately. Interactions were positive and professional. Would definitely recommend.
Javier was excellent! Very quick to respond, was very flexible in time and make quick repair of an oven that required a new ignitor. Highly recommended!
My repairman, Omar, came, described the issue to me and what the solution might be, quoted me the price for replacement parts, and completed the repair quickly and neatly. I was very impressed by his professionalism and years of experience. Highly recommended.
Javier did a great job with repair of our oven. He was punctual and candid about our options and cost.
I’ve now had both brothers over for various repairs. These guys are always friendly, professional and efficient.
Near-instantaneous response to my call, same-day appointment, quick work and fair pricing, all provided by a great technician, Javier. I hope I don't need you guys again for a while, but great to know you're there if I do.
Omar was fantastic. He was timely, thorough, and communicative. He was able to fix a few small parts of the oven that caused some large headaches for us. We would highly recommend using Appliance Repair Doctor and will certainly go back to them if we need any future work!
