Great service and friendly people, we are big fans of CAR DR.
Javier came to help replace the gasket on a 25 year old washer, was really helpful, and took the time to answer my questions in preventing a future reoccurrence of the issue that brought him to begin with. Glad I was able to learn from an expert using simple terms for someone who has no knowledge in this area. Thank you!
Omar and his crew are top notch one of the best small appliance repair businesses around. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I can't recommend this business enough!
These guys are great! They installed a microwave for us & cleaned out + fixed our dryer. Super kind, professional, efficient & well priced. Highly recommend!
Awesome service and a really nice experience overall!
I've worked with this outfit a few times and specifically with Omar. Every interaction is first and foremost respectful, transparent, fair and honest. Each problem has been fixed and educated on why it has happened. I'd highly recommend this organization for anyone who needs appliance repair work done.
Javier had a last-minute opening and came less than two hours after I first texted; he diagnosed and fixed the (fortunately) minor problem within 15 minutes for an incredibly fair price. Will be keeping their number on file for sure!
Thank you so much Omar for your professionalism . My dryer went out and laundry was piling up but he came out very soon and not only did he fix the dryer but my washer needed attention as well and it’s working so much better now . Definitely a happy customer. I highly recommend this company 100%.
Our dryer stopped working every 5-10min, and got worse and worse. I have tried all the Google things myself but non of them worked. Found them online and called. Amazing repair visit with Omar today! I have only used Appliance Repair Doctor for my washer repair. Not only do they identify the issue, but they have also shown me ways to help extend the life of my appliance and even how to fix minor easy things myself. They're always professional and thorough. Highly recommend.
Omar was timely, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to immediately determine the reason the drum of our dryer wasn’t turning, and by chance happened to have the replacement part needed. He also cleaned the dryer since it was open, replaced a worn belt, and performed basic maintenance (oiling,…
We have a GE dryer and used GE Appliance Repair -- you'd figure that the folks who made the dang machine would know how to fix it, right? Wrong! They came, inspected the machine, told us nothing was wrong, didn't even clean it, then charged us hundreds of dollars for their time. Meanwhile, our issue wasn't fixed...…
Wonderfully professional, prompt, and had part in stock. Cleaned up well after the service and explained everything they were doing and associated costs. Omar was a true pro and master of his craft.

The easiest 5 stars I've ever given! Omar is seriously a life saver for me and my 7 person household.
