Most painless repair process I’ve ever experienced! Absolutely great guys.
Omar was at my house at the time we had discussed. He was very nice and friendly, and explained things thoroughly. He answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. He fixed three different appliances in about two hours total. His prices were great, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend him.
Thank you to the entire CARD team (Javier, Omar & Chris) for getting my fridge water dispenser & washer back in action! The process was quick, efficient and they were a pleasure to work with.
Omar was quick and helpful getting my washer boot seal replaced when the old one was torn and not functioning correctly. I received both quality service and good instruction on how to maintain the machine moving forward as a new occupant.
I have reached out to this company 3 times over the same inquiry over the course of a week and haven't received a single response or reply.

Great service from Chris. Quickly identified problem, ordered part, and got my clothes washing machine back running. Honest and on time.
Javier is the best. Came out and replaced the moldy gasket that was on my washing machine. Had the part in stock and came out the day after I filled out the request online. Excellent service.

Javier was super friendly and communicative. He made time to come fix our dryer before we left for vacation and helped give tips on how to keep it running smoothly and keep it clean. Will definitely use again for other repair needs!
Chicago Appliance Repair Doctor is my absolute go-to when I need to address any issues. Today we had our air ducts cleaned and the rubber seal on our front loading washer replaced. Both LONG overdue. Despite the record heat (a/c had to be turned off) and neglect on my part with maintenance, Javier and Chris were so…
