It was an excellent experience with both the crew of Dylan and Devon as well as Sam and Art. They were at the house daily until the work was finished so that we can enjoy a winter with nice fires in the newly reconditioned fireplace.

Dan was very thorough and knowledgeable. After a complete inspection of the firebox, he determined that the work actually needed was much less than originally thought. we will likely get some kind of refund of our original 50% down payment. What a pleasant surprise!!
I'm very impressed with our installer. He is so pleasant, explains everything so well and keeps us posted on what is going on. He even went the 2nd mile and came to our house to take a bird out of our fireplace that got in there after he installed the cap etc.

Prompt & friendly service, primary service call was chimney cleaning but technician also took time to trouble-shoot and fix a a pilot light issue in another fireplace while he was at the house and I was not charges an extra fee for the extra service which I appreciated!

Tighearnan was great! He did a thorough job, was very clean, answered all my questions, and explained things clearly. The only reason I'm giving a four star rating is because the price I was quoted when I scheduled would be about half the price it ended up being. Not the kind of surprise you want to get, but Tighearnan certainly did quality work.
