Very good service from Dan.
Excellent service. Thank You!
Dan showed up on time, was very professional, and did a fine job. I will use Chimney Concepts again.
I needed to do this large chimney repair for safety reasons. The chimney over the many years had had regular chimney cleaning, and some tuck pointing and minor repairs..but, time caught up with it. Wood burning fires are the best and time takes its course to a major repair. Chimney Concepts provided an estimate…
Excellent service. Highly recommend them
Dan did a great job
Dan arrived early. Checked fireplace inside and out and then cleaned it expertly. Dan was friendly and professional.
Chimney Concepts is an incredible business. We are so impressed with their knowledge and experience and will be working with them to replace the chimney cap and to install new fireplace doors. We couldn’t be more impressed with the service and helpfulness.
Tighearnan was very knowledgeable and a very friendly technician. I will definitely use Chimney Concepts for all my chimney needs.
Jesse was very professional and polite, highly recommend Chimney Concepts
Dan was very professional and amazing. He went the extra mile to make sure that everything was as it should be.
It was an excellent experience with both the crew of Dylan and Devon as well as Sam and Art. They were at the house daily until the work was finished so that we can enjoy a winter with nice fires in the newly reconditioned fireplace.
Tighearnan was on time, professional and courteous, and did a great job on the cleaning and inspection. Will definitely be calling in spring for the next cleaning.
Good experience with the staff and technicians. All very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
He does an excellent job always keeps me informed and gives suggestions as needed
Dan was very thorough and knowledgeable. After a complete inspection of the firebox, he determined that the work actually needed was much less than originally thought. we will likely get some kind of refund of our original 50% down payment. What a pleasant surprise!!
I'm very impressed with our installer. He is so pleasant, explains everything so well and keeps us posted on what is going on. He even went the 2nd mile and came to our house to take a bird out of our fireplace that got in there after he installed the cap etc.
I've used Chimney Concepts for a couple of projects. They first went through to make sure the system was working and cleaned out the chimney when I purchased a house. A few months later, we had them come back to install a new log set and remote for the fire place. They are extremely timely and responsive to…
From the chimney cleaner/inspector Tighearnán (Tig), to Dylan and Devon who relined our chimney, the job was handled with professionalism all the way through. After the inspection, Tig showed us the video, explained the issues clearly and presented the options before providing the estimate. The office made…
Tech was in and done quickly and kept eveything nice and clean. Very friendly, and knew what he was doing. Well done!
Thank you for the great service. Tighearman Burke was very professional, informative, and friendly. We appreciate the way he explained the service he was performing as well as what he found needs to be remedied. He is an asset to Chimney Concepts!
Scheduled for a chimney cleaning and was told I wouldn’t need it to be cleaned. Dan did his inspection and all is great. Had not had a cleaning in 2 years. I really wish other companies were this honest. I’m so happy I found them years ago. A+.
Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything. We were very pleased and comfortable with the service. Would highly recommend.
On time, friendly, thorough and fast; will use them again for the next cleaning/inspection.

Dan was professional, clean and respectful of our house/wood burning insert/chimney. We have been very pleased with Chimney Concepts services.
Dan was knowledgeable and professional.
They always do excellent work for me. Honest and they don't try to keep selling things to you.
Jesse was on time ( actually the appointment was moved up. ) Jesse was excellent in communicating what needed to be done. He worked quietly and kept everything neat and tidy. He happily answered my questions and I am very pleased with the work he did today.
Jesse was great to work with. He was professional, responsive and did great work.
Prompt & friendly service, primary service call was chimney cleaning but technician also took time to trouble-shoot and fix a a pilot light issue in another fireplace while he was at the house and I was not charges an extra fee for the extra service which I appreciated!
Very happy with the annual cleaning and inspections. All employees whom have come to my house and very professional and courteous.
Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and very through.
It was too expensive, but otherwise I have no complaints.
Tighearnan was great! He did a thorough job, was very clean, answered all my questions, and explained things clearly. The only reason I'm giving a four star rating is because the price I was quoted when I scheduled would be about half the price it ended up being. Not the kind of surprise you want to get, but Tighearnan certainly did quality work.
Excellent products and customer/on the job service. Pricing easily beats their Milwaukee competitors. Highly recommend.
Our technician Tighearnan (Tier-Nan) did a great job, professional, answered all our questions, worked quickly and was very clean. Great service will definitely use again!

Dan was on time, even early after confirming it was ok. He was professional and explained everything. He did an excellent job and cleaned up to perfection. Highly recommend!
I was pleased with the job Jesse did for us. He did a thorough, complete inspection from cap to ash pit. The cleaning process went smoothly and was neatly done. He went over the issues he found and was able to discuss them with me, although he will be following up with a more detailed report and estimates for any further work we may elect to do.
Based on our recent experience with a chimney repair (and earlier chimney inspection and cleaning), we would not hesitate to recommend Chimney Concepts. From their proposal to completion of the jobs, we appreciated their detail, communication, organization, masonry skills (especially in preserving unique brick),…
Jesse was terrific. He was very pleasant and answered all our questions. Jesse did a great job cleaning up our Chimney. He is a valuable asset to Chimney Concepts!
Excellent job. The technician was very thorough and informative. He provided a detailed explanation of the good, the bad, and the ugly. (there weren't any, btw.) Hire with confidence.

Dylan, was the best. He was very professional and was on time. The clean up was absolutely great. I would hire these folks again in a minute.
This is the second time I have used them. I was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the technicians. They go above and beyond. The clean up was exceptional. Other than the clean chimney, I’d never know he was her!
I would definitely use Chimney Concepts again. Jesse, the technician, came on time, was polite, and the most importantly very thorough on my chimney inspections. Jesse explained everything in detail.
