It was too expensive, but otherwise I have no complaints.
I was pleased with the job Jesse did for us. He did a thorough, complete inspection from cap to ash pit. The cleaning process went smoothly and was neatly done. He went over the issues he found and was able to discuss them with me, although he will be following up with a more detailed report and estimates for any further work we may elect to do.
Chimney Concepts helped us find and install the perfect gas insert after first cleaning creosote and getting our old system up to code. It's beautiful, convenient and warm! We couldn't be happier with the results
