Very good service from Dan.
Excellent service. Thank You!
Dan was very nice and professional. He did a great job and answered all my questions.
I needed to do this large chimney repair for safety reasons. The chimney over the many years had had regular chimney cleaning, and some tuck pointing and minor repairs..but, time caught up with it. Wood burning fires are the best and time takes its course to a major repair. Chimney Concepts provided an estimate…

This is a new review from February 25th, 2025. Very knowledgeable, timely and thorough. My technician, Devon, diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the problem at a subsequent visit. He was so very friendly, polite and professional. I have used this company in the past and highly recommend.
Dan arrived early. Checked fireplace inside and out and then cleaned it expertly. Dan was friendly and professional.
Chimney Concepts is an incredible business. We are so impressed with their knowledge and experience and will be working with them to replace the chimney cap and to install new fireplace doors. We couldn’t be more impressed with the service and helpfulness.
I normally have fireplace cleaned every two years, when service tech Jesse came to do it. He said I will just do an inspection because it does not need a cleaning
Tighearnan Was incredibly thorough, on time, patiently answered questions, was highly competent and went out of his way to be helpful.
Chimney Concepts was very communicative. Once the appointment was scheduled, they sent an email and a text message informing us of who the technician was, along with a photo and a small bio about the technician and that he was on his way for the scheduled appointment. We are very pleased with the service we received.

The technician was prompt and professional. Explained the issues found in detail.
It was an excellent experience with both the crew of Dylan and Devon as well as Sam and Art. They were at the house daily until the work was finished so that we can enjoy a winter with nice fires in the newly reconditioned fireplace.
Very detailed estimate and responsive to my situation.
Tighearnan was on time, professional and courteous, and did a great job on the cleaning and inspection. Will definitely be calling in spring for the next cleaning.

Excellent on time service. Tiernan inspected our chimney and advised we did not need a cleaning. He added screening to prevent birds from entering the chimney.
I've used Chimney Concepts for a couple of projects. They first went through to make sure the system was working and cleaned out the chimney when I purchased a house. A few months later, we had them come back to install a new log set and remote for the fire place. They are extremely timely and responsive to…
From the chimney cleaner/inspector Tighearnán (Tig), to Dylan and Devon who relined our chimney, the job was handled with professionalism all the way through. After the inspection, Tig showed us the video, explained the issues clearly and presented the options before providing the estimate. The office made…

Scheduled for a chimney cleaning and was told I wouldn’t need it to be cleaned. Dan did his inspection and all is great. Had not had a cleaning in 2 years. I really wish other companies were this honest. I’m so happy I found them years ago. A+.
