This is a new review from February 25th, 2025. Very knowledgeable, timely and thorough. My technician, Devon, diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the problem at a subsequent visit. He was so very friendly, polite and professional. I have used this company in the past and highly recommend.
Dan arrived early. Checked fireplace inside and out and then cleaned it expertly. Dan was friendly and professional.
Chimney Concepts is an incredible business. We are so impressed with their knowledge and experience and will be working with them to replace the chimney cap and to install new fireplace doors. We couldn’t be more impressed with the service and helpfulness.
