This is a new review from February 25th, 2025. Very knowledgeable, timely and thorough. My technician, Devon, diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the problem at a subsequent visit. He was so very friendly, polite and professional. I have used this company in the past and highly recommend.

It was an excellent experience with both the crew of Dylan and Devon as well as Sam and Art. They were at the house daily until the work was finished so that we can enjoy a winter with nice fires in the newly reconditioned fireplace.

I'm very impressed with our installer. He is so pleasant, explains everything so well and keeps us posted on what is going on. He even went the 2nd mile and came to our house to take a bird out of our fireplace that got in there after he installed the cap etc.
Robert took time to explain everything and always made sure to provide options and get my feedback if anything was uncertain, which I appreciated.
