I needed to do this large chimney repair for safety reasons. The chimney over the many years had had regular chimney cleaning, and some tuck pointing and minor repairs..but, time caught up with it. Wood burning fires are the best and time takes its course to a major repair. Chimney Concepts provided an estimate…
The service guys we're on time and did a great job. Communications With Robert was very good.
This is a new review from February 25th, 2025. Very knowledgeable, timely and thorough. My technician, Devon, diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the problem at a subsequent visit. He was so very friendly, polite and professional. I have used this company in the past and highly recommend.
Great job!
Courteous and professional
Very good company to work with - very responsive, extremely professional and knowledgeable.
It was an excellent experience with both the crew of Dylan and Devon as well as Sam and Art. They were at the house daily until the work was finished so that we can enjoy a winter with nice fires in the newly reconditioned fireplace.
Dan is very professional and did nice work
I'm very impressed with our installer. He is so pleasant, explains everything so well and keeps us posted on what is going on. He even went the 2nd mile and came to our house to take a bird out of our fireplace that got in there after he installed the cap etc.
Robert took time to explain everything and always made sure to provide options and get my feedback if anything was uncertain, which I appreciated.
From the chimney cleaner/inspector Tighearnán (Tig), to Dylan and Devon who relined our chimney, the job was handled with professionalism all the way through. After the inspection, Tig showed us the video, explained the issues clearly and presented the options before providing the estimate. The office made…
Chimney Concepts Bradley Jarod made quick work of taking down our two unused Chimneys, matching the shingles and putting the roof back together. Thanks!

We had an amazing experience with Chimney Concepts! They came to inspect our Chimney, and let us know it needed replacement. We could not be more happy with the replacement fireplace. The installation staff was professional, prompt, and did a great job. They kept our home clean, and handled glitches that arose easily.
Excellent people. Quality technicians
I've used Chimney Concepts twice and their service just keeps impressing me. Their technicians are professional and personable as well as knowledgeable about the work that they do. Dan came first and did my inspection, which informed me of the work I'd need done. He walked me through everything and made sure that I…
I will have them back to do more work very efficient And clean And let you know what they were all doing. Very professional people.
Aiden and Nolan performed restoration work on our chimney installing a B-Vent and dismantling the exposed chimney on the roof of our 98 yr. old bungalow. They did outstanding work on every aspect of the project which only took them ~7 hrs. They were courteous, professional, energetic, knowledgeable and skilled. I…

Chimney Concepts (and Fireplace Factory) removed a failing brick chimney and installed a gas fireplace insert at our home. From the sales process through the installation, we couldn't have been happier with the service received. We inquired with several gas insert dealers regarding our project and found the…
As other people have mentioned, Chimney Concepts was extremely communicative and sent messages when the technicians were on their way. The guys were super friendly, knowledgeable, and did an awesome job! They got our chimney repair/replacement done in 1.5 days. I can't comment on the pricing since this is the first…

Dan was very nice and was able to fix our 40 yr old stove! The office staff was also very nice and helpful with scheduling appointments. Would highly recommend them and I will be using them for more cleanings in the future.
Dave did a great job replacing almost all the parts in our fireplace. Doug his assistant was great too.
Based on our recent experience with a chimney repair (and earlier chimney inspection and cleaning), we would not hesitate to recommend Chimney Concepts. From their proposal to completion of the jobs, we appreciated their detail, communication, organization, masonry skills (especially in preserving unique brick),…

Had my chimney replaced with an exhaust and everybody I interacted with were friendly and professional.
I had my chimney inspected and repaired by Chimney Concepts recently. They sent an inspector to my property initially to inspect the chimney and give an estimate of the work to be performed. The entire process of replacement and restoration of our two chimneys was smooth and efficient. The crew worked hard, cleaned up (even to the point of using a small whisk broom and dustpan to pick up debris in our driveway!). We knew each day, who was coming,, what time to expect them and even some information…
I would very strongly recommend Chimney Concepts and especially their lead technician Dylan. He worked very hard, was very polite and extremely clean. Great experience.

I have worked with Chimney Concepts for several years now and have been very satisfied. Quick to respond and on time. Bobby was fantastic and would highly recommend!
Chimney Concepts was very good to communicate with but they started the job without the parts to finish it. They completed half of the work and left my chimney exposed expecting to get the remaining part before it would rain. The part didn’t come and I was told the tech was sick. It down-poured for two days before…
Dillion and Adam were just great. They were here on time both days. They answered my questions, were very polite and made sure every thing was cleaned up and patio furniture was returned the way they found it. I would hire both of these guys again. Chimney Concepts is the way to go for any kind of chimney work…
Not the cheapest but outstanding service, follow through and quality from the salesman to the technicians - well worth the price!
We had them do two chimney inspections when we were in the process of buying the home. We then hired them to rebuild one of the fire places. They were able to start the job early, which was great! The crew were meticilous in their work and left our home clean. I would definitely recommend using Chimney Concepts!
They helped me find the correct chimney after mine was destroyed in a storm. Bob was prompt, professional and knowledgeable about what I needed and the service call to install was awesome. Would recommend to anyone who needed these services.
We had Chimney Concepts come repair our chimney, and then Joe came by today to replace our fire log set. The whole process was very easy, pricing was reasonable, and Joe was very timely and clean today! Would recommend!
We had our chimney replaced by Chimney Concepts. They came on time, informed us what they were doing each day and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. Work was professional, safe and efficient. They had all the equipment needed. When complications arose, they offered options and made adjustments to the pricing. We were very satisfied.
