This a very easy transaction. They notified me when the product was in and scheduled to have it installed. Devon showed up when he said he would and installed the firefplace and mantel.
Dave addressed an issue with our gas log install. It was a manufacturing defect on one of the artificial logs-no fault of Chimney concepts. He installed the new log and tweaked the set-up which turned out even better than we had hoped. It looks great and Dave is awesome!
